Het vakantiehuis is zo gesitueerd dat u, ondanks zijn aanwezigheid op afstand, helemaal vrij zit. In de omgeving kun je prachtig fietsen, wandelen, vogels spotten en kanoën, in Roden is een 9-holes golfbaan.

Aan de achterkant van onze woonboerderij, in een rustig dorpje in Groningen: op de grens met Friesland en Drenthe. Je cottage heeft een eigen ingang, tuin, parkeerplaats, verhoogd terras met vuurkorf, en overkapping en heerlijke relaxstoelen. Waar je ook gaat zitten, je hebt altijd een prachtig uitzicht over de natuur. In de overkapping staat de jacuzzi die je er optioneel privé bij kunt huren. (€ 30 per dag)

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

There is TV, wifi and fast fiber internet. Around the house there are two terraces and a magnificent view of the lake! A wonderful place to relax.
