The rural Wapserveen is located between three national parks, the Weerribben near Giethoorn, Dwingelderveld and the Drents Friese Wold. A perfect base for getting out into nature. The comfortable apartment is an outbuilding on the grounds of our farmhouse and has a terrace overlooking the orchard. Through the private entrance, you enter the hall with a separate toilet, bathroom & infrared sauna. In the living/bedroom, there is a kitchenette, dining table, sitting area with TV and a nice double bed.

In 2021, a spacious, luxurious and cozy accommodation of 90m2 was realized in the front house of our farmhouse, which is suitable for B&B, guest house or holiday home for up to 4 people in 1 reservation. Per reservation, you are the only guest/party at the property.

The guesthouse is located in the rear part of the detached garage and overlooks our beautiful garden, swimming pool and horse meadow. In the cozy room is a gentle sauna. Furthermore, you have access to a kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge) and shower toilet. The back door leads to the poolside terrace. Just outside Dwingeloo, rural location and walking distance to the Dwingelderveld. Bed linen and all necessary towels etc. are provided!

The detached guest house offers you privacy and tranquility. The village of Ruinen is 1.5 km away, so you are also close to a terrace, shops or restaurants. We do not offer breakfast service, your kitchen is fully equipped to take care of your inner self!

It is located in a beautiful part of Drenthe between nature reserve the Weerribben-Wieden and the Holtingerveld and Dwingelderveld. Behind the garden is a spacious nature playground and orchard. The property was completely renovated at the end of 2024.
