Lenus’s place was great - it had everything we needed and was super cute and very clean! We felt very safe with the locked gate security measure and there was a Brita in the fridge for filtered water which I wish more Airbnb’s had. Overall a great stay and we would visit again!

I cannot recommend Mary’s place highly enough! It has all the amenities, snacks, fresh juice and water in the fridge, just about everything you could hope for. My flight was late arriving and Mary accommodated my check in, and the location is great to go anywhere downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, modern pied-à-terre! Wonderful natural light, bright open floor plan. Quiet neighborhood with easy travel to Boulder. Friendly, attentive host.

Great place to stay! It felt small at first but really it’s like a luxury suite at a hotel. Was perfect for two of us- we didn’t spend much time there as we were out doing things but we easily could’ve stayed there all day. All the ‘extra’ amenities you need were available which was amazing; toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray, hair dryer, washer/dryer, towels, etc.

for me this Airbnb was perfect. quiet neighborhood with really great restaurants and neighborhood right on the same block. easy access to the freeway. I'll be back

This was the perfect stay for my time in Denver! Close enough to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood. Great area to walk the dog! Stephanie was very responsive & detailed. I had everything I needed and felt right at home. Will definitely look to stay here again next time I’m in the area.

The Airbnb was exactly as pictured and described! Cute little spot on Sloan’s Lake this is within walking to distance to restaurants, bars, and Target!

Loved staying here! In town visiting friends and I love this location. The place was great, just like the pictures and super cute and comfy. I really enjoy having a door code, I feel like it makes getting in and out way easier. Shane was super responsive (power shut down in certain spots in the city, not anything to do with the rental) so we needed to get the wifi back on and it was super quick and we didn’t need to do anything. Absolutely loved it

Lovely space, exactly as described. Lots of nice touches, the kind of things that take a good rental to a great rental: quality linens, lots of fluffy towels, full length mirror, mirror in the bedroom, ample supplies including trial sizes of things a guest may have forgotten, nice selection of coffees and teas, salt and pepper and a few other staples. Clearly the hosts have spent some time traveling themselves and know what they appreciate in a rental. Would 100% rent again.

Our 7 year olds review was “1 out of 10, what did you think about our Air B&B son?” He said “10, it’s nice, clean, comfortable, and easy to get used to…” he continued…”I like the creek, the walking trail (to the playground), it’s kinda better than our home for vacation”. We agree with him and we’re not disappointed at any point with our accommodations or our location. Thank you April for opening up your newly renovated basement apartment to us. We had a wonderful time.

Stayed for a few nights and everything about this space was absolutely perfect. Super clean, private patio, had everything you could possibly need and snacks. We loved that there are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The hosts were so accommodating and kind!! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time. This place was absolutely fantastic, plenty of space and natural lighting. The private garden area was a big plus. Close to many Denver attractions. We will def stay here again!

The space was beautifully decorated and the couch was really comfortable. It was a nice little staycation spot and I appreciated how cozy everything felt.

Place looked how it was described. Wish there was description on area. Many homeless and construction. Hard to find parking at night time and if there was it was in a creepy ending area where homeless would sleep by. Was hard to open back door for garbage so had to drive around and I’m guessing one of the people who stayed in same complex of apartment was just starring while throwing trash. You also hear the dog upstairs which is fine but something to keep in mind. No tv in main bedroom just working area/ computer

Jann's place was the perfect location for our week-long visit to Denver. Very close to great (and reliable) bus service to town including to Union Station (starting point of our tours to Rocky Mountain National Park and Pike's Peak), museums, restaurants, etc. Apt. was also within walking distance of more great restaurants, coffee shops, interesting stores, and an Enterprise Car Rental (which was VERY convenient). We had designated off street parking for our rental car, too, which is always welcome in a location close to the city. Apt. is in a lovely older home with lots of warmth and character. We ate most of our meals out so did not make much use of the large kitchen, but we definitely appreciated the coffee and water filter set up! Unit had modern bathroom with tons of towels, and a comfortable bed with lots of pillows, etc. There was a little noise from the upstairs unit, and the gates to the property were a bit challenging, but our stay was wonderful!

Great unit with well appointed facilities in the complex. Easy access to the convention centre using free Mall Ride bus. Seamless check in with clear instructions.

Inas and her place was absolutely fantastic. She was so incredibly responsive and the location and amenities were better than most 5 star hotels. Thank you so much for being such a lovely host.

Loved it here! Wish it was cooler so I could’ve used the hot tub that was such a nice addition to this place!! :) so cute. Will 100% book again

This is a great spot for being based in Lodo! You don't need a car as it's right next to the train station and being above Whole Foods is amazing. This apartment is perfect for a single person or couple traveling together. The kitchen has all of the basics you need to be able cook your meals at home. Would recommend this as your jumping off place to explore Denver!

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

This cute apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect location for getting around Arvada and easy access to freeway. Gretchen was easy to contact, if needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The spacious home was private despite being next door to Mary & Mike. The decor was charming, furniture & linens comfortable & extra touches made our stay special. The space was so well equipped we lacked for nothing! Mary & Mike were friendly & took care of every detail without intruding. This is one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed at!
