Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our two person stay. The space was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with anything we needed. Katie's response time to questions during our stay was immediate. We would not hesitate to stay again the next time we're in Denver. Definitely 5-star.

Two words - dream home! Tassi & Larry were very responsive and made us feel right at home. I was in awe in every single moment of my stay. The place offers great views, a cozy environment, and the hosts are very friendly. 10/10 will be coming back to Idledale to catch a beautiful sunrise and sunset! To be honest, I did not feel like leaving, but that just goes to show that it is a wonderful place for your getaways! Tassi & Larry, I can't thank you enough for letting us stay at your wonderful home.

We really enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect. Quiet, walkable, and close to so many fun things to do. Great size for the two of us and enjoyed sitting around the kitchen island in the morning as we planned our day. Would definitely book here again.

Great spot to stay at if you're visiting Denver! Quiet neighborhood and right next door to the botanical gardens and only a few blocks away from various restaurants and bars. The home was very quaint and clean, and Tomas and Josh was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

my partner and i had a great time staying here for a couple nights. we stayed to be a little bit closer to red rocks for a concert. we had a great time cooking together, watching a movie together, and smoking together at this cozy place!

Sabrina and Gary are wonderful hosts and the Carriage House is private, well located, and well kept for a wonderful stay. Have stayed here more than once, and would return again.

We had a wonderful time staying at the carriage house! The gardens were beautifully done! Everywhere you turned there were different varieties of flowers, vegetables, herbs etc. Such a great little hideaway from the city. We walked to 32nd street where there are fun local shops and wonderful coffee shop! We took an Uber into the city which was reasonably priced. We enjoyed Secret Garden Bar, loved dinner at Tamayo! (All about 10-15 min drive) overall a wonderful experience, Michael was so helpful and answered questions so quickly!

Lauren’s place was so cute, cozy, and in a great location! It was nice to have convenient parking in the garage and plenty of dinner options within walking distance. I would definitely recommend for your stay while in Denver!

We came here after a concert, and Linda had great communication since we booked. When arriving to their home, we were in awe! It’s so cute and cozy, it makes you feel at 🏠Home 🏡. Linda and John’s is by far my favorite Airbnb we have been to! The little things that they did meant the world ..they left out snacks, they provided toiletries and beyond that.! We really wish we could’ve used the amenities, but we came in really late but their back yard was big and beautiful! The spa is definitely a huge plus! We can’t wait to book again thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Traci was a great host and gave plenty of good food recs! The space is pretty small but perfect if you plan on being out most of the day anyway. It was also clean and easy to access. The neighborhood is gorgeous and there’s plenty to do right within walking and biking distance, all while not feeling dense and loud like downtown.

Cory’s place was great! It is very cozy, well equipped, modern and clean. The neighborhood is walkable and there is Sprouts within walking distance. Cory was very communicative and accommodating, gave us plenty of local recommendations, and was very attentive and flexible. Extra paw for being dog friendly! There is even a small fenced in yard which is very convenient when traveling with a pet. Overall, great place and host, highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay — not only was the studio spotless, extremely cute, and cozy, the host was great too!! We fell in love with the area as we were close to the art district, with lots of great restaurants & even night life! Just wishing my own home looked like this one. I’ll definitely recommend this spot to friends & family in the future!!

Alyssa’s place was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. The location itself is in a nice neighborhood but behind it, where you enter, isn’t as nice but it was never an issue. It’s waking distance to a street of great coffee shops and shopping. Overall a great experience 10/10.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We stayed here last year couldn't have had a better time. So when we planned our next trip to Denver we knew exactly where to stay. This AirBnb is a gem of a find! You have your own small private house which is so cutely decorated, very clean and has all the amenities --and then some. The kitchen is generously stocked with snacks and drinks, coffee and teas. Our favorite is the peaceful patio filled with native plants from Colorado.Wonderful to sit outside with your coffee in the morning and enjoy the beautiful view and the quiet. The location is just a short walk to restaurants, grocery store, or short drive/Uber to locations in and around Denver. Finally, Mary & Seth are the ultimate host/hostess. We always enjoyed (and loooked fwd to!) our chats with them and they are so helpful if you need tips/suggestions on things to do. If you are looking for convenience and a quiet, private place to stay - this is it.

This was my 2nd time to stay here. We were in Denver to see the Coldplay concert. Loved being able to walk to the stadium from the house! My niece said the sleeper sofa was very comfortable. They are impeccable hosts and we felt right at home. Street parking was always easy to find and just a short walk to the house. Very convenient to downtown Denver. We didn’t cook much but kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals. Will stay here again when we’re in Denver! Fabulous hospitality!

Absolutely amazing place in a gorgeous neighbourhood. Lots of small attention on details and the place is stunning. Fantastic neighbourhood-walkable to multiple restaurants and coffee shops and close to downtown as well. Kids loved the extra space in the loft. Only one thing to note would be that there was some noise from local cars on the cross street in the mornings (appeared to be a busy intersection even though it’s residential)- used white noise to drown it out.

This was a fantastic place for a one night stay as my wife and I were traveling! The place was very cozy, and Kourtney was incredibly responsive and helpful in providing dining recommendations!! 10/10 recommend!

The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Everything worked well and was just as described in the listing. We needed somewhere close to the airport and to provide a home base for a day of sightseeing. The apartment was perfect for this. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions. As described the listing, it is a basement apartment, so it is dark. If you are looking for somewhere to hang out during the day with light and windows, this is not that. But it was comfortable and very clean. Perfect to come back to after a day of sightseeing, and so convenient for an early morning airport drop off.

I stayed at Rick and Kara's for a full week while traveling for work. I previously lived in this neighborhood and cannot say enough good things about the location. Easy walk to all restaurants and shops on 32nd street. The apartment is clean and comfortable. There are little extras to make you feel at home. Rick was very responsive in all communications. I look forward to booking again.
