Holiday rentals with a patio in Westmont

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the third stay at Clarissa's place for my husband and me. The location works well for us as it's near our son and his family. We also appreciate that we can bring our dog along. As always, the unit was clean and everything was as described.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

This was a really cute little place, perfect for our trip! The neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues with the street parking. Shawnese and her family were really friendly and we enjoyed our stay!

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

Tina was an amazing host, very friendly and communicative well and prompt. Everything was above and beyond. Clean and exactly as described and better. Perfect location with options for parking.

Johnny's place was great, just like the pics. The rooftop pool was awesome and provided great sunset views. Johnny was very responsive, and would recommend his place to stay.

The accommodation is very nice and very well furnished. I loved spending a few days there. Thank you very much for everything. Always attentive.

This place is fantastic! Very well maintained, clean and decorated beautifully. We had three pleasure of meeting Artasia on the day of our check out and she has such great energy and a beautiful soul that you can feel through the house. I have 0 complaints only about the location. It’s only a few blocks away from not so safe areas. But i was told from friends that live in LA since birth that the neighborhood is indeed safe. It’s pretty near everything. With a minimum 30 minute travel time to most tourist spots. 15 minute drive to the airport and stadiums. I would 100% recommend others to stay here.

What a great stay! Supremna was by far the best host I’ve ever had: extremely responsive, thoughtful with provided items upon check in, spotless place! So nice to have a host that provides more than one towel/washcloth per guest, lots of toilet paper, garbage bags, clean sponge for the dishes, detergent for the washing machine and more. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided as well. The place is so beautiful and we would absolutely book here again. About 25-35 minute walk to SoFi stadium depending on how fast you walk. Truly exceptional host, thank you for an amazing stay.

Home was exactly as described! Perfect, cozy & relaxing. Victor was beyond accommodating & on point with communication with any need! Adequate space , parking in back, patio area , coffee station, down to the bed, everything is as shown in photos- Perfect 👌 Will definitely rent again!

Kona’s place was exactly as described and a great value for a location close to Sofi stadium which was walking distance (15 min). The house was clean, I was able to get early check in and the host was very responsive. Restaurant options are limited within walking distance so we grocery shopped and door dashed food. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Would stay again.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
