Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Wetter

We were at the accommodation over a weekend and were super satisfied. It was like a mini vacation. We were greeted personally with our dog and were allowed to share the beautifully landscaped garden. The apartment was very cool, which was a blessing at 30 degrees. Thanks for a great stay

The apartment is very clean. Nothing is missing, e.g. in the kitchen. Whatever you need for cooking, frying, baking, is there. Towels are also abundant in the bathroom and kitchen. The bed is super comfortable, the stay on the balcony with afternoon sun a pleasure. On foot, you are directly in the countryside, e.g. on the way through the forest to the Botanical Garden of the University of Bochum or to the surrounding fields. You can look into the trees from every window. It was also important to me the opportunity to charge my electric car and that worked out great. Heinz supported me in every way. You can tell that it's important to Heinz and Sigrid to make guests feel comfortable, and I definitely did. I'd love to come back again. - A real feel-good place in the Ruhr area!

Hello to everyone who is reading this. A quiet and very cozy apartment. Everything was clean and very cozy. Communication with the host also went well. One thing, personally, I'm used to sleeping on big beds, and it turned out to be a little small for me, but you quickly get used to it. And also, if you intend to leave early in the morning on weekends by public transport, plan it in advance. Because buses run extremely rarely. In general, I have only positive emotions. Oh, yes, I was also pleased with the presence of a minibar. Which was a great savior in hot weather. I recommend everyone to stay here ☺️

I have rarely felt as at home as with Bettina and her husband. Very quiet location, both are mega friendly and helpful. Both thumbs up!!! Will definitely be back.

The cottage is surrounded by greenery and yet is very well connected to the city by bus. We felt very comfortable. Everything was super clean, very well maintained and lovingly furnished. Our daughter particularly liked the foosball in the living room. Jens greeted us right upon arrival and gave us valuable tips for restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this place!

Tiny house with everything you need. The kitchen utensils in particular were great (new and high quality). The washing machine (with integrated dryer) was great. For more than a few days, the house would be too small and not private enough for us. The location of the terrace on the (very quiet) street, without greenery and opposite the landlords, was not so attractive. It can get very warm under the roof in summer.

I absolutely loved to stay here. It was very cozy and just a great place to crash after an eventful day. We did have a lil trouble with the internet on the second day but Julia helped us fix it, even though she was on vacation on her own. The very beautiful surroundings invite you to various outdoor activities, and new views of the lake and the landscape can always be discovered. I really enjoyed my stay at this place! There were four of us – two adults and two children – and we lacked nothing. The apartment is well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the location: A shopping center (Netto) is directly opposite, which makes shopping super easy. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. We received quick and helpful answers to all questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend the place. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

Pietra's place is beautiful, cozy and super well located. For those who like to cook, the apartment is perfect! We spent wonderful days in Dusserdorf.

The three of us stayed at Corinna's place for three days. Even before that, the communication was great and everything could be easily clarified. Corinna was super friendly and we could always turn to her. She was able to give us a few good tips for the area, but also had a folder in the apartment in which everything necessary could be found. The accommodation was very cozy, simple and timelessly furnished and we immediately felt comfortable. The city is easily accessible via a few stairs and you have everything you need. Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.

I had a really nice time with Birgit, as I have the last few times. The apartment was very conveniently located for my training and beautifully quiet in a rear building with great amenities and very well maintained and lovingly decorated. Birgit was a very likeable, friendly hostess, who was always concerned about my well-being and was easily accessible. If I have another training in Wanne-Eickel, I will be happy to come back. I felt very much at home.
