Ground floor : Here you will find a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with dining area, a double sofa bed, SAT TV and fireplace, which provides a perfect evening ambience in cold weather. Room 4- is equipped with a closet, 2 single beds 80x200 cm, 2 bedside tables. On request, the single beds can be joined together to form a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, WC and towel radiator is located on the ground floor. A utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is also available here. First Floor: Room 1- is equipped with spacious designer wardrobes, a double bed 180x200 cm, 2 bedside tables and LED TV. Room 2 - is furnished with a French double bed 140x200 cm, closet, bedside table, chest of drawers, LED TV and work desk. From room 1 and 2, you can enjoy the unique view over the village and the Wiesbach valley. Room 3 - is equipped with 2 single beds 90x200cm, bedside table, closet and LED TV. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator and WC. As the bedrooms can be occupied differently, the following rules apply: 1. the guest chooses the appropriate bedroom himself if possible (e.g. room 1 for 2 persons). 2. other “bedrooms” are not available. 3. the house is only occupied by the person ordering and their companions. Example: A couple orders the house for 5 days, chooses bedroom 1, for two persons, remaining bedrooms are not prepared. All other rooms (living room, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) are available to the couple. On each floor there are terraces with dining and seating facilities and a wonderful panoramic view. The house is located right on the edge of the forest. It is built on a slope and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Infants up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents' bed. Children in the garden must be supervised. Pets are only allowed on request.

🏡 In unserem Holzfass wirst Du behagliche Stunden verbringen mit Ausblick auf Hühner, Rinder und dem Schloss! "Gemütlich, kuschelig, total toll, es riecht gut nach Holz, wie in einer Bootskajüte", so beschreiben unsere Gäste das außergewöhnliche Erlebnis im Fass. Es ist für maximal 4 Personen ausgelegt: Im hinteren Teil sind auf zwei ebenen Schlafplätze (180x200cm und 240x200cm). 🛀 Bad mit Dusche im Nebengebäude. Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. Kühlschrank im Nebengebäude vorhanden.

Wolfsmühle, romantisches Landhaus in freier Natur

Freistehendes Landhaus in Wiesen und Wäldern in absoluter Alleinlage. Wander/Radwege starten direkt am Haus. Es gibt einen tollen überdachten Grill mit Kamin. Der wunderschöne Garten kann vielfältig genutzt werden. Eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Kicker und eine Dartscheibe sind in der Doppelgarage und bieten bei jedem Wetter Spaß. Der schöne antike Landhausstil lädt sofort zur Entspannung ein. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Außerhalb der Ferien können wir den Check-In/Out oft verlängern.

Ich biete eine schöne, gemütlich ausgestattete und ruhig gelegene Einliegerwohnung zur Miete an. Sie ist mit Rolläden, Teppichboden und Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. 2 Einzelbetten und eine sehr bequeme Schlafcouch für 2 Personen dienen als Schlafstätte. Ein Tisch und 4 Stühle bilden das Zentrum für eine gemütliche Runde. In der Mini-Küche stehen Spüle, 2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Dunstabzug und vieles weitere zur Verfügung. Im Bad gibts Dusche, WC und Waschtrockner.

In der 56 qm großen Souterrainwohnung ist alles was Ihr braucht. Schlafzimmer mit Bad, Schrank für eure Kleidung. Großes Wohn-Esszimmer u. eine separate Küche. Wohnzimmer: SchlafSofa mit Tisch, (Schlafsofa 1,60x2,00 ). Zusätzlich zwei Kinderbetten und einen Hochstuhl . Bei 6 Pers. steht eine aufblasbares Doppelmatratze zur Verfügung. Küche: Kaffee- u. Brotschneidem. Div. Töpfe, Geschirr u. Gläser. Ebenfalls eine Waschmaschine. Wir haben einen Hund, der Dich evtll auch begrüßen wird.
