Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

We have lived in the "Lenzi" since 2018 and rent one half to holiday guests. It is secluded in the middle of the forest between Munich, Rosenheim and Tegernsee. Our lovingly restored stable house is designed for a maximum of 4 guests. Private entrance, fireplace room with comfortable leather armchairs and sofas, kitchen-living room and toilet on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, balcony on the corridor, library, bathroom. Outdoor spaces available. Pets allowed for a fee.

Lovingly furnished 38 sqm apartment located directly on Lake Tegernsee in St. Quirin. The newly furnished apartment is the ideal starting point for exploring Lake Tegernsee. A swimming beach is located across the street. On foot you can reach our local mountain, the Neureuth and the Tegernsee high trail. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and an adjoining bedroom. A large south-east balcony with views of the lake and mountains invites you to linger.

Located in the beautiful Weyarn in the middle of the Mangfall valley. There are bakers, pizzeria, supermarket, climbing hall and great hiking opportunities on site. The Camino de Santiago even passes by the house. Only 15 minutes walk away is the Mangfall, a refreshing river that invites you to swim. The Alps are easily accessible by car. The popular bathing lakes Tegernsee, Schliersee and Spitzingsee are also nearby. Munich and Rosenheim can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Alice's ♡ vacation home in the countryside

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Our apartment offers 64 m² of space for 2-4 people and extends over the ground floor of our former family home (built in 1950). The 2.5-room apartment located in a quiet village was completely renovated and lovingly furnished in 2024. It has a large garden and is a great base for cycling, hiking, swimming, skiing and city trips.
