This was the most comfortable and well-furnished Airbnb we have ever stayed in. And it was right in the heart of the Old Town! Communication was easy and Felix was immensely helpful and responsive. He is a very kind person who willingly helped us with our many questions. We are already planning to go back!

the accommodation has everything you need. 10 min from a nice public swimming area. The hosts are super friendly. have nothing to complain about, absolutely recommended

We had a wonderful stay! 4 adults and 1 baby. The accommodation offers plenty of space and a beautiful view, which made the stay particularly pleasant. The communication was great – fast, friendly and straightforward. Beatrix was very nice and welcomed us warmly. The apartment is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Especially great: There were also baby things available, which made the stay with a small child much more relaxed. Clear recommendation!

Very nice stay with excellent communication and help from the hosts. Very clean and well equipped home. Quiet, private neighborhood. Mostly walkable but need to know that the restaurants or stores are 15-20 minute walks and you will be walking up hill to return to the house. If you drive to the home it has good parking available next to the home. We are an active family and chose to walk everywhere so the home was great for us. We also chose to eat at home so we found the kitchen perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this home!

The stay with Thomas and Thomas was beyond amazing. They were both extremely welcoming and always responsive to any question we have. They truly make the place2be feel like home and we were happy to call it that for the past few days. The location is in a small quiet town with a great supermarket down the street. There are many lakes and hikes just a short distance from their home which made this stay even better. Thank you to the both of you for providing us a great home that we were able to relax and enjoy our time spent there. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and if you have any questions just reach out to either of them and they will provide you with all the help or questions you may have!

We wish we could give more than five stars. Highly recommended. Gunther and Christa are warm, generous hosts. The apartment is even more attractive than the photos, filled with good artwork, comfortable furnishings. Don't miss their recommended Cantinetta, Falkenstein restaurants, walks around the lake and the ferry. We even plunged into the clear lake at the little beach just steps away. Beds are comfy and the kitchen well equipped. We will always look back fondly at our time in St Gilgen.

Ingrid was a fantastic host. Her commumication before and during our stay was excellent. She met us personally on arrival and when we left, providing helpful hints and tips about the local area. The apartment was in a great location within Hallstatt and ideal for visiting the surrounding areas. Providing a dedicated parking space outside the apartment was really helpful given the parking restrictions in the village itself. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ingrid thought of everything from robes to slippers, umbrellas to toiletries and much more. We had a lovely relaxing week and are very grateful for Ingrid's care and consideration throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Hallstatt and surrounding areas.

I along with my family had a great stay at Nicole’s place. It was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully functional and well-equipped with all necessary household items. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is beautiful. The neighborhood is great as well. We are so glad we stayed here. We were there on Christmas Eve and day, and Susanne was so kind and brought us a fresh spruce tree from her farm for a Christmas tree! We went to the local church for Christmas Eve service. Our family already misses our time here.

Anna was so helpful from the time of booking to our departure. Her home is located in a quiet, beautiful and serene location. Very clean, well equipped, everything we needed and Anna was so kind. We arrived to a bouquet of yellow roses, fresh fruit and beverages. It was a wonderful stay and would love to visit again. Thank you Anna

Gerald is the definition of a Superhost! He provided everything to make our stay extra special. His apartment is perfect for two and more spacious than the pictures because of great storage and a fully stocked kitchen. The view felt like a five star hotel. We’ve stayed at 30+ AirBandB’s and Gerald is one of the best! He was quick to respond and even helped us find EV charging for our rental car. If we go back to Gmunden we will definitely stay at Gerald’s!

I would highly recommend staying in Stefans home! Everything was extremely clean and tidy, the view from the balcony is amazing! The nearby area of this home is beyond stunning, we were in absolute awe of the views from mountains to lakes. We went fishing in shwarzensee lake after renting rods and gear at sport girbl so I would highly recommend doing this as the lake was huge with a great restaurant to have a lunch break in between! Stefan recommended brilliant restaurants and things to do nearby the home. The only thing I would mention is that where this home is based, it’s very useful to have a car to get around as we were by foot and found that we paid for many taxis to get to most locations. Overall, unbelievable experience and stefans place was hugely accommodating !! 5 stars for sure 😁😁

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The place was clean, cozy, and above all in a beautiful place. Absolutely sufficient kitchen amenities. What was absolutely TOP such a comfortable mattress. The host who greeted us with a smile was very nice and was in contact with us even during the stay. 10/10 I recommend :)

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and enjoyed our short break! The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and very tastefully! A big plus is the large terrace with the whirlpool! The apartment is located in a very quiet house and we had the feeling of being on our own despite the neighbors! Perfect for holidays with a dog!

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We were there over the weekend with 3 couples and 3 children. We enjoyed it wonderfully. The spacious outdoor area with the rabbits and chickens was especially great for the children. Absolutely quiet and relaxing location. The communication with the host was absolutely great! On the first evening at 10 pm, we noticed that we needed an additional duvet, which was brought to us within 10 minutes. And later check-out was also possible without any problems, so we had a totally relaxed departure day. We highly recommend it.
