Just 12 minutes to downtown, 28 minutes to the airport & within walking distance to Regis University and Tennyson st. No one else lives at or will be using the property during your stay but we do lock off the lower level for storage purposes.

This second floor bedroom suite is ideal for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples and anyone who is interested in exploring Denver.

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry
