Overall, our stay was terrific. The property was exactly as described and in a perfect location for our needs. There was a minor issue upon arrival, but our host addressed it right away in a professional and friendly manner, and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you and see you next time!

We have stayed at many Airbnb across the globe, and this will be the most memorable. Partly due to the amazing guest suite and certainly because of the hosts, Billy and Lynn. The guest suite had a fully stocked kitchen, unlike any other stay we have booked. It had everything. The living area was big and spacious, with room for inflatable mattress. Bedroom and all the linens were perfect. The outside area is unreal. You can literally walk out the backdoor and be in open space with walking/biking trail in 5 min or to the Apex rec center with 3 pools, gym, ice rink and more in 3 min. The property is huge and private. If your looking for walking distance bars/restuarants and in the city mix, this is not the place. But if your looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, hosts that are good people and always there to help when needed, then take a look it. We highly recommend the place and certainly will book again.

No words can express how cool this spot is - and Jim makes it 10x better. He goes out of the way - truly - to make your stay worth it. It’s my second time staying here and there’s a reason for that! The location, the accommodations, the fun/funky Colorado vibe - it’s all so so so good. You legit couldn’t ask for a better host!

Beth and Donevon’s place was very comfortable and exactly like described and pictured. Great location, close to Denver, Golden and Boulder. They were extremely responsive and gave very clear instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!

GREAT place to stay for a solo traveler. Great hostess and was always responsive. Appreciated the complimentary drinks in the private fridge and also the accommodation of the coat coming from a warm climate it was SO appreciated by the hostess. She had great direction and I checked in no issues and free convenient parking for own car. Just an easy way to see and visit Denver and close to everything you would need in downtown Denver or even when I needed an hour a half visit to somewhere, it was just easy to get to and back. THANK you so much to Emily for providing me the coat and the space heater to someone who didn't prepare very well for the coldness of the trip. GREAT availability of the tv to watch as well with bathroom amenities if you had forgotten toiletries.

The private suite is great - in a quiet neighborhood and the suite is private with its own entrance. We were doing some day trips and the location worked out well for our trips to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Golden and Boulder. Comfortable bed, everything you need for the kitchen, and a luxurious shower/bathroom.

Very pleasant stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Muffins, tea, coffee, OJ provided. Queen bed comfortable, good hot water, nice shower, plenty of thick towels. Bill & Linda were attentive, and available if needed. Ten minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Thanks!

Our stay here was very comfortable, roomy, and private. Similar listings are hard to come by within the same price range and other amenities. Location was actually perfect for us being in between red rock amphitheater and downtown Denver. Being underneath their main home was really quiet on the contrary to what you would imagine if you were living below someone in an apartment. Let alone the neighborhood they stay in which was just the same. They really did do an amazing job planning out the layout for guest to stay in, there’s pretty much everything you need and more.

Truly an amazing air bnb. The hot tub and the dry sauna really made it a 5 star experience. Their local recommendations were spot on; we hiked Roxborough state park about 40 min based on their guide book and it was magical. Perfect spot for a couple or family

This stay was great. It’s a great place to cozy up, watch a thriller and Uber Eats Bar Taco :) The hot tub is a nice addition and there’s a cute little private yard in the back. William was a wonderful host and very responsive and helpful! The only note I have is, the smell of air freshener was very strong so if you are sensitive, keep that in mind when booking.

Due to flight delays we didn’t arrive to Nancy’s place till 10:30pm. Nancy was happy to meet us and provide us with the key and garage remote and recommend things that we might want to do. She was always quick to respond to any communication we had. We would stay again if/when we return to Denver. Her place was clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay in Denver! The room was private, spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Alex and Dave were friendly and made themselves available if I needed them. I anticipate booking this spot every time that I’m in Denver.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay! The house was clean and comfortable, and having driveway parking was definitely a plus. It was a bit tricky to find the place in the dark during check-in, so arriving in daylight might be easier. Just a heads-up -- there’s a dog in the main house you can sometimes hear at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive. Would recommend for a quiet getaway!

Super cute place! Loved the stay and the host actually let us use their dryer when our clothes were wet. Super responsive and lovely people, highly recommend booking here!

Great little place to stay! We traveled to numerous places in the area and went to a Red Rocks concert so the location was ideal.

My friend and I had an amazing girls trip! This was in a very cute and safe place/neighborhood. All instructions were given perfectly to get into the unit. Everything you need and more is here for you. The unit is very clean with plenty of room. The vibe is awesome! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend, Thank you ✌️🫶

Christine was an awesome host! Very kind and responsive. You can tell she really cares about the little details. My husband and I stayed a week for our honeymoon and it was the perfect spot. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was peaceful and quiet. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a clean home-like space with a great host.

Had a great visit to CO, didn’t spend a lot of time in the city but this location was definitely close to restaurants and other walkable businesses. Drove more outside of city to scenic attractions and smaller towns. Love the area with plenty to do!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short distance from downtown and other local attractions. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe, which was a big plus. An unexpected snowfall on the first day was a lovely surprise, but even with the snow, it was still easy to find the home. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Patricia’s rental suite was perfectly located for us, just blocks from our daughter’s. It was comfortable and clean. The quiet streets provided great morning and evening walks. We only had occasion once to contact the owner when the outlet “tripped” in the kitchenette. She called back right away with instructions for resetting. As a basement apartment, the amount of natural lighting was limited, but we didn’t spend a lot of daytime there, so this was fine. The entry stairs are steep, so anyone with mobility issues might find that challenging. That said, my husband uses a cane, but was able to navigate the stairs

Ryan and Julio were wonderful hosts. They have thought of everything and left sweet ways of making us feel welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Their communication is top notch and their recommendations were 💯. I'd certainly stay here again!

Had an amazing stay. Cindy was very responsive and accomodated our requests. Enough space for 4 travelers and had all the necessary amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was everything we hoped for. The apartment felt like a home away from home with luxury. The shower was my favorite part. The location is far enough away from the action to be quiet but close enough to be accessible to everything by foot and scooter. We will be back!
