We had a lovely stay at Earl’s place for the weekend - great base for the wedding we were attending! Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance and super hosts who left so many little touches - especially the cake, thank you!

I was so pleased to find this little gem. I found the whole experience straight forward, Carolyn’s information was spot on. The accommodation was spotless and everything had been considered. Highly recommend.

Property immaculately clean,property in an amazing location overlooking the sea.Home away from home with everything you could possibly need toiletries supplied in case you’d forgotten yours and milk in the fridge would definitely visit again.Bev and Stephen are amazing hosts thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay and would recommend anyone to stay here.

The Guest Place was a lovely place to stay, perfectly appointed (with a really comfy bed!), spotlessly clean and in a gorgeous street. Walking distance to amenities and the beach too. Ann was a great host, communicated regularly and made me feel really welcome. I hope to stay again!

This is our second stay at low tide, stayed in 2023 and it was as beautiful as it was then! Super clean, gorgeous decor, great little courtyard and lovely little touches for the doggy (dog bowls, blanket)! Hosts were very quick to respond to any messages! Great location, 2 mins to the beach, private parking you coudnt ask for anymore! Will be back again 100%

We had the best stay. Shelia responded straight away when I txt her to say there was no tv reception and she sorted it very quickly. The scones were delicious as was the jam and cream to go with them. The whole flat was so cosy and comfortable. Parking was very easy also. Very close to Knaresborough town centre and a good walking distance away. You can adjust the heating very easily if cold. I would 100% stay here again. The stairs to get down to the flat are quite steep so just be weary of this if you struggle with steps but I have MS and I managed without too much trouble. The bed is also so comfortable. My husband had I had a great night sleep. 😀

Straight after booking the Airbnb we had contact from Stuart explaining everything. He was happy to recommend places for us to go which was really helpful. Great location and good instructions. Nice little touch with the Prosecco and chocolates. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place, very spacious with everything you need. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful and there are a couple of pubs in walking distance.

Lovely home from home - easy walk to city centre for sight seeing and eating out. Great host - very accommodating!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Burnside Cottage. The cottage is very clean, well equipped and very homely. Appreciated the welcome basket including fresh milk, bread & biscuits. Cottage is ideally located for Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay, Goathland and many other places in the North York Moor area. Local shops, include a baker’s, butcher & Spar. Would certainly recommend Burnside Cottage.

Wendy was a great host and made sure we had the relevant information as we needed it and checked all was well when we got to Rose Cottage. The cottage looked just like the photos and the description was spot on. We found it very comfortable, well decorated and furnished and very clean. It is a 15 minute down hill walk into the city. We preferred to get a taxi back up the hill which was easy because there are several taxi ranks in the city. The parking permit was brilliant and once we parked on the road outside the cottage we didn't move the car until we left. There was plenty to do in Durham. We particularly enjoyed eating Sunday lunch at Isla but you do need to prebook. I can highly recommend Rose Cottage when in Durham.

Whether we are there as a couple, or it is one man and his whippet :-) , Nicola's place always delivers. The dog friendly garden is a dream, walks close by and a simply beautiful part of the world. Nicola is always friendly and a great host. We are regulars and hope to continue to be! Thanks for another great stay. I had to pick Pinter (whippet) up to put him in the car as he didn't want to leave!

Coral Cottage was stunning, the roof terrace was an added bonus lovely to sit with a coffee and cake anytime of day and look out to sea.... very clean spacious bedrooms and comfy beds.... kitchen was lovely and had everything you needed...... Bathroom is nice and spacious and very clean...... The stairs are stunning love the wood.... The cottage is easy to find and only minutes walk to the shops and harbour and added bonus with a parking permit (especially for Whitby).... Over all the cottage is perfect situated on Cliff Street which is very quiet and peaceful.... We are only 1hr 20mins away from Whitby and visit very regularly for days out but it was nice to actually stay and spend sometime there..... I would highly recommend Coral Cottage to anyone wanting to visit, Hannah and Chris are so responsive with any questions you may have... 5🌟

We had a great stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was great and walkable to the York sites. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again if we are in York again.

We enjoyed our stay in Sophie’s place. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. It was also well situated for exploring the delightful city of Ripon and the surrounding area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shambles Secret. Jenny proved to be a first class host, who went above and beyond to make her guests happy; we cannot thank her enough. The flat was exactly as depicted in the pictures, lovely and cosy and a real home from home. We slept really well, and although the flat is right in the centre of York, it was remarkably quiet. We enjoyed our time in the flat as much as we did sightseeing in fabulous York. Shambles Secret really is right where you want to be, EVERYTHING was within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay in Cloughton it was lovely. Just what we were looking for in an Air b n b . The accommodation was spacious enough for 2 adults and our wee dog . There was tea, coffee, sugar , salt , pepper, butter , jam and milk . All these items were very useful as it saves you bringing your own. Towels and linen were lush. Welcome pack was extensive and very useful. I particularly enjoyed our bottle of wine too . Very nice touch . Highly recommend John’s accommodation. .

Stayed here with a friend Friday-Monday and will definitely be returning! The location is about a 4 minute walk from the centre and is in a great location about 2 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment was absolutely spotless and had everything and more what we needed! It is in a nice, peaceful area where we felt safe and at home. This place is perfect for couples, families and friends. I have absolutely no criticism it was perfect!

Absolutely stunning property with everything you would need for a stay away already in place! It’s just as it looks in the images, very spacious, absolutely stunning bathrooms and full functioning kitchen with all the cutlery and dishes you need! Loved the guest book with all details and instructions for our stay! Can very much tell the host has a lot of attention to detail! Every part of the space was so well thought out, aesthetically pleasing, whilst also being highly functional! I will definitely be looking to book again for my next trip to Harrogate!

Would highly recommend Eleanor 's place. It was as described, very clean and comfortable, bedding and towels good quality and spotless. Lots of thoughtful extras and felt so comfortable and relaxed. lovely location, easy walk to City. Lovely and quiet at night, perfect location. Eleanor was extremely helpful and accomadating. Absolutely beautiful flat right in the center of York, the balconies and living room have views over York Minster and the location is very walkable to all the major attractions. We loved the location, parked the car and forgot about it which is helpful in York as there is very little parking and what there is is expensive. The flat was very comfortable, larger even then we expected and very stylish interiors and good quality kitchen and bathroom. The instructions provided were easy to follow and we didn't feel we needed to contact the host. Fab stay for our family and we'll be back soon!
