Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. The apartment is completely separate from the main house, with a private entrance off of the back. This is the perfect place to relax while doing some fishing or kayaking on the Little Red. You’re within 20 minutes of Heber Springs and Searcy and an hour away from Little Rock.

Entire private 2 bedroom guesthouse located in the heart of town in a great safe neighborhood and close to the ASU Beebe campus, Harding University, Little Rock Air Force Base and convenient shopping at Wal-mart . This private guesthouse comes with a covered parking space with a beautiful fenced-in yard with deck and fire pit . We gladly allow pets (with prior approval) for an additional fee of $25 per pet under 35lbs over 35lbs a $35 pet fee .
