I had a wonderful stay during my visit to Las Vegas along with my colleague. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Yandis was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Great location and overall a great experience—highly recommended!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Carmen's place. The cleanliness and the accommodations were best than an hotel. Plenty parking spaces next to the accommodation. Next time I go to Vegas, I hope I can stay there again.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend with my mom and a couple girlfriends, and we had the best time! The location is great—super easy to get Uber Eats and rideshare drop-offs (just make sure to tell them which tower you’re in). Check-in was smooth and quick, no hiccups. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The bathroom setup is gorgeous—huge plus. Even though it’s not on a high floor, the view was still nice, and honestly, it was super convenient not waiting long for elevators. The fact that there were no daily resort fees saved us a ton, especially compared to booking directly through MGM. I never was an Airbnb person for Vegas. I always wanted to be on the strip, etc., especially in college, but this was awesome because I had the space of my apartment or bigger without the extra fees and a kitchen so I’m definitely going to do it again because it’s still on the strip and part of the MGM! Would 100% stay here again

nice and clean feel like home

Melanie’s Air bnb was very clean and was very comfortable! I love how there were 2 different ac’s (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) It got to a very comfortable temperature fast and it was very clean. Melanie was very kind and her instructions of where to park/how to get in was very clear. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

I've stayed here before. Alexander is really good people. I needed a late checkout because it was 100+ degrees and I couldn't take my two little pups with me like I usually do. Alexander was able to accommodate my request and I will always remember and appreciate that. The air conditioning works great even in 100+ degrees too! Safe area for women traveling alone with less than fierce 12 pound dogs, and I would definitely stay here again. Angie

Hunters place was amazing, he was super helpful and responsive. The apartment was very nice and luxurious, plenty of space. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend to everyone.

Very quiet and great spot! Nothing was longer than a 15 min ride uber/Lyft and stores are in walking distance. Really cozy and the air conditioning worked great! Will definitely book again!

We liked it a lot, the apartment was just like in the photos. It is organized, clean and they provide everything you need for your stay, such as towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, etc. even snacks. And besides, they are very flexible, we checked out a little later and they agreed and there was no extra charge. We really liked the place, we recommend it

Very happy I stayed with Marco and Gabriella! They were very responsive and attentive to our needs. The location was perfect as it was close enough to the strip but far enough to offer a quiet place to relax after a long day of events. The place was exactly as described and professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. Make sure you purchase bottled water before because the apartment kitchen is completely empty besides included coffee and tea.

Easy stay! There was a few things that maybe could use some updating (normal wear) other wise for the price, location, view, accessibility to restaurants, access to easy concierge, and responsiveness of Elad this was an amazing stay!

Great stay! So nice to be a block or 2 of the main strip, but close enough to walk to everything. Enjoyed the more quiet atmosphere without a casino & still a great location with a fun/relaxing pool! Great to have a kitchen/refrigerator/coffee maker etc. Would definitely stay again!!

Super clean, great kitchen, view of the sphere but far from actual MGM location — I went for a conference and was located at the complete opposite side. Otherwise felt at home! Also non smoking unit which was nice :)

Peaceful escape from the strip and nice surroundings for walking and biking
