It was a very nice stay. The condo is located near the stadium and the strip. Check in was easy and the area felt secure. Kevin was very responsive and communicative. The condo was clean and as shown in the pictures . I would definitely stay again!

I had a great experience staying for two weeks at Comely's lovely apartment. She had everything you could possibly want or need available - bottled water, tea, cleaning supplies, cooking necessities, even candles and air fresheners - at the ready. She answered my questions quickly and helped me get settled in once I arrived. The bed was comfy and so was the living room. I felt right at home. Others have mentioned the air conditioning noise - and it is unusually loud when it flips on. You need air conditioning in Las Vegas! But that was a very minor issue and certainly would not deter me from booking this lovely place again on my next trip to the area. Thank you, Comely!!

Best Value in Vegas! We were blown away by the additional benefits we discovered after arrival. Private pool with cabanas for $100/day! Access to the huge MGM Grand Pool Complex (free). Covered walkway directly to the MGM Casino. Great restaurant downstairs. Incredible view. Wonderful staff with no wait or lines for taxis. This is the way to do Vegas. Joe and Debora were great, constantly checking in on us. I can’t express in words how happy we are that we made the change from long time Nobu guest to Signature guest. We are already planning our next trip. Sorry Nobu!

We had a great stay—5 stars all around! The apartment was clean and comfortable, with soft towels and thoughtful extra amenities in the bathroom. Tong was very responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is very nice! Very clean and plenty of space for the four of us. Great views as well. Parking was free and very convenient. The apartment is in a great location and we were only minutes away from the things we wanted to do. It is very close to the Venetian and the strip. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Vegas but not wanting to be right on the strip.

Great apartment near to the strip, just a few minutes drive with uber! It was very clean and looked really nice when we came there! Sherman gave us all the information for check-in and was very responsive as well! I can totally recommend booking here.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated—it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The amenities were a huge hit with our family! The kids couldn’t get enough of the slide into the pool—they were on it all day—and we all enjoyed the pool and basketball court. It was the perfect spot for both relaxation and fun. we had kids as young as six and as old as 18 and they managed to stay entertained all day!! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families looking for a great getaway!

It was a great place to stay near the strip. Private pool was wonderful. The guys enjoyed the game room. It was well stocked with necessary items. We loved it.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. Hosts were flexible and responsive, especially when I needed to extend my stay last minute. The place was peaceful and perfect for our dogs thanks to the spacious backyard. One note for EV drivers: the Tesla charger didn’t work with our Polestar 2 (likely due to amperage differences), but we were able to use our 120V charger just fine—it was slower, but did the job. Probably no issue for Teslas! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice home. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Kitchen had enough of what one would need to prepare simple meals. Love the large open floor plan. Pool was maintained and a hit during our stay. The location was fantastic, close to Main Streets and the highway without traffic noise. Host was extremely fast to respond to all communications. Overall great place to stay with great hosts. Hope to stay here on my next visit. Recommend

We had an amazing stay at Dwight’s villa in Las Vegas – 2 couples and a toddler. The house is clean, spacious, and incredibly well equipped: full kitchen, coffee machine, spices, baby gear (crib, monitor, high chair), and even welcome treats like Ferrero Rocher and water bottles. The pool is huge, the game room is awesome with a full-size pool table and tons of board games. AC works perfectly, and the beds, pillows, and blankets were all great. Plenty of parking and only 16 minutes from the Strip! Dwight responded fast to every message and even approved late checkout for free. Keyless entry made everything easy. This place is even better than the photos. With over 350 reviews and a 4.94 rating, we expected it to be good – but it was truly outstanding. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Thank you Dwight – we’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.
