~Stylish apartment close to the Danube river~

This is a very light big apartment, located on the sunny side of the building, (3rd floor without elevator) and also is in walking distance to the Danube. Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 15 min away from city center (Stephansplatz), using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Hofer)

Rent a well-lit room with the possibility of choosing two beds or a double bed. You have access to the kitchen and bathroom! The big red electric boat has two big batteries and a strong 800 watt engine. It is a classic Fronius boat, which would usually cost 70 EUR/day rental at the harbor. Super nice apartment one block away from the lake. The air was a great thing in the heat. There is space for two and lots of taverns and ways to store things. At the entrance there is a lockable area for breakfast or we could hang the kite stuff there to dry. Conclusion: everything perfect!

The place is really nice, clean, modern and has really great vibe. And the surrounding nature was amazing as well. There were few smaller caveats here and there, for example the advertised grill wasn't really present (at least by our unit, I guess it is shared or something), the kitchen wasn't fully stocked with all the advertised supplies (like oil) but there was no problem to overcome these small hiccups and overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place. Oh and be aware of the 300 euro (refundable) deposit.

Perfect place to come down and relax. Amazing views to the lake and the mountains. Parking right next to the house. The lake is great for swimming and is also only accessible to guests of the property. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to bathe here. As an alternative, there is a great large meadow with stream access to refresh the dogs. In principle, everything is available in the house, but sometimes only in limited quantities (cutlery, glasses, etc.). A few small things were missing, such as paper towels, dishwasher tablets or a kitchen cloth.

We are completely enchanted by this beautiful and close to nature accommodation. Highly recommended and a totally relaxing place. Morning sun on the terrace in the middle of the reed was the highlight.

We had an incredibly relaxing time, no one around, just the nature. Markus is a very kind and extremely responsive host, always been great communicating with him. I can highly recommend the cottage, for its very special location, spotless conditions and amenities. Thank you Markus we will be back soon !
