Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Wien-Umgebung District

My niece and I were visiting beautiful city Vienna and stayed in the lovely apartment. Flora seems very kind, her mother was waiting for us even though our flight was late. The apartment is right next to the station where you can easily take the subway and you're in the city centre. A quiet neighborhood, a clean, spacious apartment, kitchen with everything you need... highly recommended this! 😊

El departamento es excelente y tiene una vista increíble, muy buena cochera, fácil de llegar al centro a pie y tiene supermercados a pocas cuadras. Lo único que le falta son elementos de limpieza para el piso, alfombra de piso para el baño y tiene toda la instalacion en el baño para el lavarropas pero le falta. Seria bueno para esa categoría de departamento tenerlo

A wonderful location to relax. The terrace is spectacular and the flat had everything we needed. Andrea was friendly and welcoming but also gave us our privacy. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful place to unwind.

Mikhail's place is exactly as described--clean, spacious, great location near public transit, shopping, restaurants, etc. Note that the apartment has an unusual layout with the kitchen on the top floor. It was fine for us because we are comfortable with stairs. Lots of interesting artwork! It had all amenities and the kitchen had all the utilities and cooking gear we needed. We especially appreciated that Mikhail let us drop off our luggage a bit earlier than the check-in time. Highly recommend.

Cari's place is 1min walk from Vienna central station and 1 min walk to restaurants and a mall. It is also possible to walk to Belvedere Palace. The apartment is clean, spacious and quiet.

Very easy to find, and also very clear instructions. The place was clean and very nice.

Great place to stay, just a 3-minute walk from Wien Hbf! It has everything you need for a short vacation. Initially, we noticed the floor was a bit dusty, and the shower door was missing, but these minor issues didn't bother us for a short stay. The apartment is quiet when you close the balcony door. I highly recommend this place to others. The host was friendly and responsive. I'd definitely book it again for my next visit to Vienna.

Die Wohnung ist für jegliche Ausflüge in und außerhalb Wiens perfekt gelegen aufgrund der direkten Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Das bedeutet auch, dass der Zuglärm zu hören ist. Die Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Wohnung ist gut. Schön ist auch, das es im Wohnkomplex einen kleinen Spielplatz und Fitnessraum gibt. Judit ist schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort weil wir in der Nähe einer Geburtstagsfeier hatten die Unterkunft von Frank war per dafür geeignet und sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich kommunikativ und schnell erreichbar wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und kommen gerne wieder danke dafür

Benny hat uns zuvorkommend und mit viel Wiener Charme die Wohnung und die Umgebung gezeigt. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung ist sensationell gelegen (Nahe U-Bahn und Donaustrand mit vielen Bars und Restaurants). Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber, gemütlich und was wir während unserem Aufenthalt sehr schätzten (Aussentemperatur zwischen 30 und 35 Grad): Sie hat eine Klimaanlage. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Wien sind werden wir gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

I’m blown away by Vic’s hospitality and the huge effort she made to make my son and his friend have a great stay!! Communication up to was great, and made me feel at ease for them boys traveling alone:) Vic drove them and picked them up at the festival venue, and she baked for them!! I’m so excited about everything, that I think I need to go myself!! Thank you so much, Vic, for being an absolute perfect host!!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt bei Anna. Das Haus war groß und sehr schön, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch Anna war sehr bemüht und bei Anliegen immer erreichbar. Positiv hervorzuheben sind außerdem die zwei super süßen Katzen die für kurze Streicheleinheiten vorbei gekommen sind. :-)

I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

A szállás minden igényünket kielégítette. A ház rendkívül tiszta,otthonos. Minden megtalálható benne,amire szükségünk lehet. A szállásadók nagyon barátságosak,kedvesek. Jártunk már néhány helyen,de ilyen tökéletes szálláson még nem:)

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

Macy's house was just amazing. I was on a work trip with two colleagues, attending a conference at Kaisermühlen/VIC. There were three separate bedrooms, one in the basement, one on ground floor, and one upstairs. Two fully equipped bathrooms. Lots of space, clean place. It took just a bit more than half an hour to reach our conference venue. Vienna city ticket for public transport is valid all the way to Gerasdorf, which is not part of the city of Vienna. Bus 510 connects to Leopoldau, the terminal station of line U1. Macy was welcoming us in the house when we arrived and was really flexible with our last minute change of arrival time. Everything worked really smoothly. A warm recommendation!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die Villa ist super ausgestattet, man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.
