Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Willkommen in unserer liebevoll umgebauten Scheunen-Loft – ein besonderer Ort für Gemeinschaft und Erholung, ob Familientreffen oder Freundeswochenende Die helle, offene Halle bietet eine einzigartige Atmosphäre: rustikal, modern und gemütlich zugleich. Die voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Herd, Backofen und großem Kühlschrank lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein. Im Außenbereich erwartet euch eine große Terrasse inmitten freier Natur. Dort könnt ihr am Feuer sitzen und auch den Grill benutzen.

Small and compact with modest comfort and tiny house Charakter. Woodfire heating. The ground floor has a small kitchen,a wood stove and a table for eating. Toilet and washbasin are separate.. Roofed terrace with a lovely garden. A sliding ladder for access to the bedroom upstairs. Double queen bed . Guest shower in the main house a short distance to walk. Summertime , a solar shower and small plunge pool with natural spring water. Not suitable for small children or aged people.

Our apartment is located directly in the countryside. The center of Wiggensbach with local amenities, restaurants, a pizzeria and a café is within walking distance. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail 100 m from the apartment. The nearest ski resort Eschach is 10 minutes away by car. In summer, hikes and bike tours are possible directly from the apartment. The Herrenwieser Weiher with swimming area and sunbathing lawn is 4 km away. No smoking and no animals.

The apartment is in a quiet and idyllic location not far from the city of Kempten (Allgäu) with great mountain views. Direct highway connection (A7). Perfect for singles or couples. There is a mini kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. You sleep on a sofa bed. Parking is right at your doorstep. The apartment is 15 square meters. The Allgäu is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany all year round.

The apartment is very idyllically located in the heart of the Allgäu. It is ideally suited for 3 people or a small family with 1-2 children. The apartment is perfectly located for a hiking vacation in summer or for a ski vacation in winter. The mountains and ski lifts are just a stone's throw away. Of course, it's also ideal for a short trip. Just a five-minute walk away is a village shop, a butcher and a restaurant.
