Willkommen in unserer liebevoll umgebauten Scheunen-Loft – ein besonderer Ort für Gemeinschaft und Erholung, ob Familientreffen oder Freundeswochenende Die helle, offene Halle bietet eine einzigartige Atmosphäre: rustikal, modern und gemütlich zugleich. Die voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Herd, Backofen und großem Kühlschrank lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein. Im Außenbereich erwartet euch eine große Terrasse inmitten freier Natur. Dort könnt ihr am Feuer sitzen und auch den Grill benutzen.

Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our apartment is located directly in the countryside. The center of Wiggensbach with local amenities, restaurants, a pizzeria and a café is within walking distance. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail 100 m from the apartment. The nearest ski resort Eschach is 10 minutes away by car. In summer, hikes and bike tours are possible directly from the apartment. The Herrenwieser Weiher with swimming area and sunbathing lawn is 4 km away. No smoking and no animals.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)
