Bedroom has wardrobe and dressing table. 10 mins drive into city centre or No 1 bus straight run into York takes 20-30 mins depending on traffic, runs every 10 mins. You are attached to the main house but will not be disturbed.

Reconnect and wake up into nature at this unforgettable escape. Secluded treehouse with everything you need to soothe and inspire. This unique cottage has a style all its own. In 2024 this former Post Office was fully renovated to a high specification. It offers a 2 bed 2 bath spacious and stylish interior and is situated in the heart of a heritage village on the outskirts York. The old Post office retains many original features with exposed beams throughout. A large private courtyard garden, off road parking and a fantastic central village location make this place perfect for a holiday with family or friends.

A Large comfortable cottage on the outskirts of the lovely Haxby village approximately 5 miles from York Centre . With 3 bedrooms (one of which is downstairs) and 3 bathrooms it is a spacious home which is ideal for a family get together or for friends meeting up. The dining kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook and eat at home if you wish. The pool table is always a great hit with our guests and many a pool tournament has been played.

Converted Stable Room 1 is our cosy studio apartment. Nestled in a great location, 5 miles from the city centre with a bus route on your doorstep! Proving sleeping space for 4 guests with a King size bed, single bed and a sofa bed. A roll top bath at the end of the bed features the room perfectly. The room also has a separate bathroom with walk in shower! Please note there are two dogs onsite so we do not allow pets at this property!

The Pigsty, York

The Pigstywas part of the original farm buildings which were renovated in 2022 / 2023 to create a rustic holiday cottage. The cottage is; 2 .5 miles to York city center, close to bridle paths and footpaths (200m). Walking distance to pubs restaurants and shops. 5 minutes drive to 2 cinemas, leisure parks and retail units. This is the perfect location to explore York, the local area or enjoy a night out.
