This house is perfect for a family getaway on the water. It looks over the Rappahannock river and is located 15 minutes from the nearest town: Tappahannock. With a sandy shore, a refinished dock, and all the floats you can handle, Changing Tide feels like a beach vacation without the crowds. Crabbing, fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing our house has everything you need and something for everyone. With a full kitchen and central air you can play all day and feel like you are home at night.

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available.
