Our very comfortable one-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is just a short walk to the beach and oceanfront pathway! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to September) while the hot tub is open all year. We always allow early check-in if the condo is ready!

Welcome to the beach! Our luxurious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the ground floor in the Westport by the Sea complex on the beach. The condo is adjacent to the Westport Light State Park with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach grass dunes. The condo is well equipped with everything needed to prepare full meals, play at the beach, relax in the sun, go to the pool, play board games and generally feel at home.

Oceanfront Home with Commercial Gym Our two-story, 6,360 sq. ft. home (3,958 sq. ft. upstairs, 2,402 sq. ft. downstairs) is situated in a private gated community between Seaside and Astoria. We reside upstairs and rent out the downstairs unit, which features a full kitchen (see photos). Please note, while the unit is separate, occasional noise from our family upstairs may be heard.
