On the 2nd floor of my two-family house, there is a 75 sqm apartment with 2 bedrooms (1 king bed 180/200 and 1 queen bed 160/200), fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom, as well as the garden with grill. This apartment can be supplemented with a duplex bedroom with 2 single beds, €25 per night per person or a cot, €10 per night.
