We had the best weekend ever at this place! The pool and river were incredible and the house was very comfortable. Tessa was so flexible with us when we needed to reschedule due to wildfire smoke. We will definitely be back again 😊.

The Mountain Getaway was a modern and comfortable place to stay, while we hiked the redwoods and took in the local attractions. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are super comfortable, and the showers were wonderful at the end of a day of outdoor activities.

This was a perfect place to stay for a week with our mix of three small families. We used every dish in the kitchen and had everything we needed all week long. There were loads of deer to watch and so much beautiful scenery. And any time we had questions, we got super prompt responses. Will stay again!

We absolutely loved this home! It is surrounded by lovely trees, plants, and flowers, and is extremely private and quiet. The house is large and the condition of the vintage items is amazing. We were able to make full meals in the kitchen and we liked having quiet ac in each of the bedrooms. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed and its own large bathroom. The other bedrooms had beds that were a little firmer, so my daughter used a foam pad I always bring on one of the twins the second night. There are 3 bathrooms in the house which was so nice for our extended family group. The pool was exquisite within a completely private and gorgeous setting. The water temp felt perfect on the 90 degree days and there were so many lovely trees, a large deck, view of the river, and a pool house with a bathroom and sink and changing area. The outside shower was super handy as well. We really wished we could have stayed for a week! Our host, Kim, was very accommodating. We highly recommend staying!

Was a great place to stay. Only issue we ran into is the bbq didn't want to light on the right side which was a bummer.

This place was a sanctuary in the hills of Willow Creek. We loved sipping coffee by the pool in the morning and lounging during the day. It was a great spot for our broad age range of kids, with lots of fun activities at the house, swimming, ping pong, arcade games, pool basketball and a great little grassy area in the back. We would definitely stay again! Heather was an excellent host!

this home is truly a slice of heaven, I’m in all that the owners share it! It has the most magnificent views and a beautiful decks and a little yard to take it all in from. The beds are incredibly comfortable with the softest sheets and the main living area feels like you’re in the harbor everywhere you go. Can’t recommend it enough!

Really beautiful location and home - view is amazing, and home is roomy and comfortable. The home is as shown in the pictures. Hosts provide lots of helpful extras which is really great - bath soaps, hand soaps, detergent for washer, etc. Great location to visit the Redwoods, visit Trinidad, and Crescent City. Murphys grocery in Trinidad was great for food and to grab sandwiches for day trips.

Erica was very responsive and provided great instructions. There are other homes around but this property has a privacy fence all of the way around and a gate that opens with code or remote. The home was beautifully decorated and exactly like the photos. The kitchen is well stocked and the hot tub is well maintained and very nice. The walk to the beach was not far but keep in mind that some of the walk across the sand dunes and through the wooded area might be challenging for anyone with health concerns or balance issues. This not a high traffic beach but is beautiful because of the seclusion and is a great place to watch the sunset. Overall recommend this property if staying in the area.

Unique, lovely, and very considerate setup. Has everything you could need. Nestled away within the trees, close to nature areas for activity, and a convenient place to stay when visiting the redwood areas. Close to town for groceries and many food options. Proactive and friendly communication with the host. Would gladly stay again!

This was a great stay. The location was incredibly beautiful and quiet, and it was spacious and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was well equipped and self-explanatory. The back deck and views of the meadow and forest beyond was wonderful. The location isn't in the middle of Eureka, but for nature and hiking it can't be beat.

This was absolutely perfect for us! Everything you need for your stay, with great space for our dog also! The neighborhood is nice, and felt very safe. Perfect location to hop on 101 quickly. HUGE BONUS for a comfortable mattress! Will definitely be adding this one to our favorites list! Weston was also very accommodating and responsive!

We so loved staying here. It was so peaceful, the home was beautiful and clearly a place where there has been a lot of love. Peter was wonderful - very friendly and responsive and he sent us some great local recommendations. Thanks so much for providing such a peaceful environment to relax between day trips. We really enjoyed our stay. Place is perfect for two people and it’s very quiet we love that. It has everything we need to feel at home. Made coffee in the morning and some basic food preps. The bed is very comfortable and we like the setting of peaceful and quiet surroundings. Nice small touches everywhere in the apartment. We would come back and stay again!

I can't say it enough but I wish we could just stay in the place forever. Pauline was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and thoughtful during the whole process. If you can, please booked this place, it's absolutely a Perferct place to get away from it all.

Our stay here was amazing! The house was in a beautiful spot, outdoor spaces had tons of activities to enjoy. There was also plenty of room to accommodate the 15 of us. Jon was very polite and responsive, would love to stay here again!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and spacious, the kitchen well equipped, and everything very clean. We enjoyed a stunning sunset in the evening!
