The sleeping-living area has a box-spring bed, wardrobe, armchair and a 55 inch TV. The modern bathroom is right next door. The dining area offers a kitchenette. A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Bright and charming loft with magnificent views

For rent is a nice, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping area is located above the living room in the attic, which can be reached via a ladder with railing. In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

You can enjoy the village tranquility on the outskirts of Dresden and the Tharandter Waldes. In our large oasis of well-being, the four of you will be offered a lot. In addition to two bedrooms with 160 cm or 180 cm beds, you have plenty of space in the open living area with a cozy sofa area, dining area and a well-equipped large kitchen where you can cook extensively. The large bathroom has a floor-level shower and a freestanding bathtub to spend a cozy time. The apartment is accessible and usable by elevator.

Vacation with and without a pet

Dogs are very welcome in our apartment and are greeted with a treat. Your darlings stay with us free of charge and can, if master and mistress plan a museum or theater visit, also be looked after by the hour by arrangement. Adjacent fields and meadows are well suited for a 'walk.' The breakfast eggs are offered by the farmer opposite and there is also an organic farm shop in the immediate vicinity.
