NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The designer loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for exclusive use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

Vacation home at Siglhof

The newly renovated 55 m² apartment on the Siglhof in the nature and hiking paradise of Samerberg is the ideal accommodation to relax or to actively explore the beautiful landscape. In the spacious new bathroom, you can relax in the bathtub or refresh yourself under the floor-to-ceiling rain shower. A small balcony in the courtyard overlooking the forests of the adjacent Dandlberg invites you to linger. You can conveniently park your car right in front of the apartment door.

Apartment "Heuberg" in the Inn Valley

1-room apartment on the first floor of an apartment building. It is great for active vacationers. Hikes and bike tours in the surrounding mountains can be started directly from the front door. An outdoor swimming pool is in the immediate vicinity. In winter, several ski and toboggan areas can be reached within about 20-40 minutes. It is conveniently located between Rosenheim and Kufstein and can be reached via the highway. Munich and Salzburg can be reached in about 1 hour.

Plenty of space and tranquility - this is what you will find in our converted attic in an old farmhouse in the heart of Flintsbach. The spacious apartment (approx. 90 square meters, 4 m ceiling height) has a living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom (bed 1.80 wide, on request with baby cot) and bathroom. The sofa in the living area can be converted into a bed (1.50 m wide). On the balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun.

S´kloane Wellnesshäusl is a place to unwind in this spacious and serene space with a summer pool, wooden bathtub and garden sauna to relax. The private vacation home was renovated with a lot of love in 2023. The Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and several swimming lakes and bike tours on the Inn offer great excursion and recreational opportunities. No pets allowed. A special apartment is our "Heuboden Apartment with a view of the hayloft from Wiglhof". It is approximately 40 m² and accommodates 1-2 people on the 2nd floor. The apartment features a spacious living and sleeping area with a 1.60 m large ZIRMBETT for restful sleep. A generous kitchen-living area with an electric stove and oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, with a cozy seating area and satellite TV.
