Westation: Our cosy chalet/ Ranch house in nature

Our Chalet that we renovated with a Western touch is in the middle of the nature but not far from a little village with a grocery and a restaurant. We designed it for us to disconnect from the world. Next to a small river and with many trails for hiking and biking passing by, there are a lot of Outdoor activities. With a nordic bathtub, a sauna, fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room with fire place, a quiet office, 4 decorated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a floor to entertain: bar, flipper, TV.

2020/21 haben wir das alte Bauernhaus meiner Großeltern mit viel Herzblut und Liebe zum Detail vollständig saniert und die untere Etage zu einer großen Ferienunterkunft umgebaut. In unserem alten Bruchsteinhaus in Monschau-Höfen finden nun bis zu vier Naturliebhaber, Wanderfreunde oder Erholungsurlauber ihren Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Die Unterkunft ist nur bedingt für Kinder unter 1 Jahr geeignet. Hierzu bitte ich um Vorabanfrage. Parken kann man direkt vor der Haustüre auf dem großen Hof.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Our cottage is a low-energy wood-frame house, in a green setting with a south-facing terrace to make the most of the countryside. While being close to Bastogne and Luxembourg, where you can find art, culture and shopping malls. Close to a Ravel and walking trails You'll love the cottage because of the ambiance, the outdoor spaces and the brightness. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
