Do you really need to get away from it all? Fancy a green area? Stay in our attractively converted barn house in the heart of the green village Peize, located near the beautiful nature reserve the Onlanden nature reserve and within cycling distance of the bustling city of Groningen. Our sustainable barn home is full of comforts and overlooks "the Peizer Molen". Enjoy a delicious dinner at our neighbors; restaurant de Peizer Hopbel and cafe-restaurant Bij Boon. Also at walking distance: supermarket and the bakery!

The Roode Stee Grolloo (private entrance)

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment(45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible Kitchen with 2-burner hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and water heater. Through the landing you enter your private bathroom with washbasins, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 people then there is a second living/sleeping space available in the apartment (25 m2 extra) Pets allowed only after consultation.

Life rhythm simple living close to nature!

The life rhythm in the cottage is basic, close to nature in a wonderful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly created food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, cat, chickens, walking duck, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There's a wood stove.

The painted House, bed & breakfast

You are welcome to stay at 't Beschilderde Huis and follow creative language lessons ( English, Italian, Dutch) or simply enjoy the artistic/homely atmosphere. Guests have their own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. Jo often provides breakfast and/or eveningmeals. Cost not included, but by no means a 'must'. Groningen is a 15km bikeride and at 3km walk from the house there is a good busconnection. We appreciate good communication before accepting requests.

"Les amis du cheval " is hidden behind a private bush at the end of a long driveway along a deep. Sun all around with cool shade in the summer. Parking in front of the door; private garden with cozy seats. Through the entrance you enter the fully equipped kitchen-living room. The bedroom has a luxury Karlsson box spring with 2 mattresses. From your bed you can look out the garden or into the forest.

Cottage Jasmijn has an extensive kitchen with, among other things, a large stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, separate bedroom with a double bed and a cozy living room with television and cozy pellet stove. Everything is on the ground floor in the cottage. In front of the cottage, you have a cozy south-facing terrace with garden.
