The house is situated in an idyllic village on the edge of the forest. The nearest town is 2 km away. There you will find a local baker and butcher with regional offers. The next major cities are Amberg (15 km) and Sulzbach-Rosenberg (11 km). There you will find several large shopping opportunities.

Oblast je ideální na turistiku a cyklovýlety s velkým množstvím stezek na české i bavorské straně. K dispozici je samostatný apartmanán o velikosti 60m2 jehož součastí je ložnice obývací pokoj, kuchyň a koupelna. Při počtu 4 lidí je k dispozici další ložnice se samostatnou koupelnou. Dále jsou k dispozici venkovní prostory dvorního traktu s kompletním vybavením včetně posezení a grilu.

The main road, however, is within earshot. The cottage is about 100 years old and very charming. Nevertheless, it is not possible to drive directly to it by car. The stairs to the upper floor are narrow and steep. Bathroom and toilet are in the annex. Where "WC" means a compost closet.

The highlights of the garden are a Jacuzzi with wood burning, a fire bowl and the rustic seating area in the countryside. The property has partial lake views - the swimming lake is about 3 minutes on foot.
