Family-friendly holiday rentals in Windsor

Very large accommodations with large kitchen and table for eight. Exactly what we were looking for to host family and grandparents to celebrate a new CSU grad.

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

Amazing house to rent to visit your kids at CSU. Walk to the stadium. House was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Will absolutely rent again!!

They had everything you could possibly need, and if you forgot something, they had it available for you. Great people, great house, great scenery, very comfortable beds. 10 out of 10

The view from the rooftop was absolutely beautiful. Erik was very proactive on making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. House is very cute and homely. Very accurate from the pictures and descriptions online. Within walking distance to almost everything you need. Highly recommended Erik and his family to host your next getaway!

Kevin’s house was great for a large group. We all had the space we needed as did the dogs.

This location is amazing, close drive to Estes and right on the Big Thompson. Sitting by the fire and listening to the river while watching the stars was pretty great. We were blessed to see an abundance of wildlife as well, bald eagles, foxes, wild turkeys, and big horn sheep. If you enjoy grilling or bbqing there is a grill, pellet stove, smoker, and wood fired pizza oven! Overall a very good stay, the beds could definitely use an update, but overall we enjoyed our stay. would definitely stay at this place again

Loved our 2 week stay here! It was extremely comfortable and well stocked with plenty of blankets and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked as well. The location is close to everything and it was nice having a garage, especially when it snowed one night. The neighborhood felt very safe. Brad always responded immediately when contacted. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful whimsical place to stay! The colorful interior was just what I needed and the studio provided a generous working space. I loved it so much and felt so privileged to be there, even in the snow. I visit Fort Collins often and can’t wait to stay here again! Ann is a super kind host who was proactive about every need. I felt extremely welcomed!

We were so pleased with how well-stocked your place was with all the little details a traveler might need, from kitchen spices and sauces, to board games and good books. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was amazingly quiet at night even though it's on a thoroughfare. It felt very private and peaceful. We will definitely book this spot every time we visit Fort Collins.

We loved our stay at Cheryl's place. We needed a place that would allow dogs, that was close to CSU and this was perfect. We were in town for CSU's graduation and so were quite busy going back and forth to the campus. The house was well stocked and clean. It had a large fenced in backyard and our dog LOVED walking around the neighborhood. Cheryl was flexible when our dates and times changed and I appreciated her kindness.

So much fun to be right in the heart of Old Town! Everything was easily walkable, including delicious coffee right downstairs. The apartment is spacious and inviting, with comfortable beds and a very nice shower. We will be back!

We had an amazing time at Jenny’s place in Loveland. She was a fantastic hostess and communicated with us in a timely manner. The location is wonderful and so close to downtown. We walked to meals three different times during our four-night stay. The house is beautiful and had everything our family could ask for. The decor was just right and made us feel at home. Already looking forward to our next stay!

My wife & I really enjoyed our 3 nights at the Carriage house. Everything was top notch. Updated Kitchen and kitchen appliances. Updated shower including good water pressure. Even the stair way and the lockbox were updated. Coffee beans ready to be ground and brewed. The location was perfect - walking distance to both Old Town and CSU. The is separate from the main house - located atop a garage. Super quiet during the day and evening. Parking spot right outside the gate at the base of the stairs was super convenient. At 6 foot 4, I only bumped my head twice on a few of the angled ceilings. But all good and I would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life! It is located in the mountains therefore if you are looking to be away from the city and just enjoy nature.... This is the perfect place to stay!
