What a hidden gem! This little guest studio was perfect. Quiet, private, super clean. I walked to Trader Joe’s and Walgreens within 10 mins and there’s a minimart even closer for snacks etc. The provided coffee and creamer was so appreciated. AC worked great during the LA heat wave. Bathroom was spacious and spotless. I visit LA every year and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul Henry's guest house tucked away in their beautiful garden. It was comfortable and thoughtfully put together: plenty of outlets and charging cables for different devices; shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower; a great coffee maker with a reusable filter. Paul’s communication and clear instructions made settling in a breeze. The location is also fantastic—it’s rare to be able to walk around so easily in LA!

My friend and I had a great stay in LA. The Airbnb was in a great location which felt safe and was walking distance of a bus route that took us into LA or down to Venice Beach. The place was clean and supplied with everything: kitchen essentials, hair and body wash, and extra towels and blankets. The host was very responsive and always warned us ahead of time if he was going to be in the garden at all. The dog was lovely too! Thank you!

What a beautiful, restful, spacious guest house Maureen & her husband have created! Lovely amenities, lovely bathroom, very comfortable bed!!!! We slept so well!!! The instructions were detailed and helpful, and we felt right at home, coming and going as needed. We highly recommend!!!!

Great place easy to access and nice neighborhood

This place was super cozy and looked exactly like the listing. Loved how water and ice was provided and there were many kitchen items available for use.

This Airbnb in West Hollywood was a gem! For our two-night trip, the location was absolutely perfect, putting us within easy reach of all the attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. We were thrilled to have a guaranteed parking spot, which is invaluable in this area. The room itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. It truly felt like our own private retreat, offering excellent privacy. The host was also super helpful, making check-in and check-out seamless and readily available for any questions we had. The essential amenities provided ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. We would definitely book again!

Simply put, Jennifer and Steve are outstanding hosts who go way beyond what would be considered a good host. Friendly, welcoming, warm, sincere, helpful, communicative, and generous is the tip of the iceberg! The space is amazingly beautiful, comfortable and clean, with every imaginable amenity provided. Superb is the only way to describe the hosts and their property.

While we give Karen's place 5 stars, we would give more if there was the option! The studio is thoughtfully decorated with every detail. It is clear that she put her heart into decorating the unit. It is also pristine clean. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to prepare meals if you wish. The unit's bright lighting and view of the gardens make for a pleasant, peaceful stay. The neighborhood is amazing and we enjoyed walking to take in the architecture and landscaping. The location is ideal to many SoCal attractions. Finally, Karen is an amazing host. She is a responsive and accommodating communicator. She anticipates your every need.

The place was big and clean located behind a gate and the main house but separated by the patio. There’s washer and dryer with laundry detergent located on patio. Theres a king bed and airbed and a big 3 sided couch as the picture. The jacuzzi tub was awesome my 12yo son enjoyed and the several shower modes. It even has a bidet. Lots of towels as needed. And has a hairdryer. The kitchen was spacious and had what we needed wish here was a big pot and a bigger frying pan but we still was able to cook what we needed. There’s a blender, coffee maker (but no coffee or creamer), toaster, water heating pot. Theres air conditioner in living room and bedroom and lots of sheets/comforter as needed.

This place was perfect. Easy to find, clean, great space, and Ryan was an excellent host. I’d absolutely come back next time I’m in Culver!

My husband and I LOVED this rental. The location is so central to the areas we like to explore. Walkable location that offers a park a couple of blocks away. The Jackson Street market is perfect for grab and go and just 50 steps away. You can eat in/out. GREAT coffee. Alex and her team respond immediately. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

We loved our stay in El Segundo. Lovely neighborhood and town. The Airbnb was very comfortable and peaceful. We stayed 10 days and it totally met our expectations.

I was only at Patrick's place for a short overnight, but everything was clean and wonderful. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

This was on of our favorite stays ever! The place is so clean and in a great location. It was also really great to have laundry on site. If we are ever in the area we will be back!
