The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. Our apartment is located between mountain and lake, in the heart of Carinthia. The apartment itself (about 100 sqm) is equipped in a style towards "country house" and scores with coolness in summer and with warmth in winter. Most of it is the living, kitchen area, where there is plenty of space for cozy togetherness. The smaller part is divided into three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
