The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment at Lake Ossiach. On your private terrace, you can unwind and listen to the soothing sounds of the forest and the cheerful chirping of birds. The apartment is situated at the foot of our local mountain, Gerlitzen, and is only a 10-minute walk from the lake. This accommodation serves as the perfect starting point for all kinds of outdoor activities, with mountain bikers particularly benefiting from the diverse trail offerings.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

The house sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms and has direct access to the lake. Ideal for nature lovers looking for relaxation in or on the water (with their own pedal boat). Fully equipped with a modern kitchen, cozy living room, fire bowl, dining table and outdoor lounge - it leaves nothing to be desired.

When you stay in this centrally located accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact close by. A bakery and shops are open Monday to Sunday during the summer season. We are located at the foot of Gerlitzenstraße, so the summit is easy to reach. A private garden area is available, perfect for quiet summer evenings or time in the garden with the family. Free access to Lake Ossiach is within walking distance.

Kinder und Tiere sind auch Herzlich Willkommen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus. Da wir in einer guten Lage sind gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Ortstaxe ist bitte noch extra in der Unterkunft zu bezahlen.

On 16 m² you will find everything that guarantees relaxation. Double bed, small kitchen, dining table, bathroom, TV, and balcony overlooking the lake. The flowers and the forest can be opened together if necessary, are ideal for families or friends. Living room, extra bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen are available here. As everywhere, balcony with views, LCD TV, Wi-Fi are automatic.
