Pets are allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

This fully equipped apartment has a small kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A living room with a cozy pull-out couch and TV. The bedroom also has a TV and a 180 x 200 double bed. €35 is due for cleaning. Bed linen and towels are included here.
