Our stay at this charming cabin was truly delightful. Nestled in a tranquil location with breathtaking views and convenient access to town. The cabin exuded rustic charm and was exceptionally well-stocked with ample towels, bedding, and kitchen essentials, ensuring every comfort. Our host, Dale, was highly responsive and responded quickly when needed. We wholeheartedly recommend this property for a restful escape and look forward to returning.

Loved this place. It has the most amazing view! It was very well kept and clean. The kitchen also had everything we needed! Jack was a great host also.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at 48 Overlook Drive!! The house had all the accomodations needed for a comfortable vacation. The home felt cozy and the views were spectacular! The drive was relaxing getting to the mountain top! Austin, made sure we had everything we needed. We recommend this space for anyone looking for mountain views, not far from many scenic cities.

This Idaho Springs mountain cabin is pure magic! Tucked riverside with stunning nature all around, it’s the perfect blend of tranquility and modern comfort. An amazing place to stay if you’re looking to spend time in/around Rocky Mountain National Park. The cabin was very spacious, clean and had so many amenities! The best part hands down is the privacy and the views you have at this cabin. Tremendous views from the deck and a comfy space at a good price make it a place great for groups of all sizes!

For us great location. ten minutes to stores and restaurants and 40 minutes to west entrance to rocky mountain national park. The home is in a neighborhood but lots are huge so there is 75 feet to next house and none out the back so it is quite secluded. Perhaps the best hot tub i ever used. Lovely huge deck. Spacious bedrooms. Communication was great for the few minor things that needed a quick fix.

We had a great stay! Comfortable and clean home and nice and close to grand lake and the park!

Stephen was wonderful, answering many questions we had before we even arrived. I have been to many AirBnB's and have never had a better experience communicating with the owner. He also includes a very helpful guidebook providing answers to pretty much any question you might have about the house and the surroundings. The A-frame house was rustic, immaculate, and cozy. Despite it's remote location, it was easy to find thanks to Stephen's directions, and if that's what you are looking for, this is the place to be. A++

This is a fantastic mountain home with a million dollar view. we rank it in the top 2 rentals we've ever stayed at and it might be #1. The owners are very friendly and responsive. The home is a 5 minute drive from a fantastic hike to St. Mary's glacier and 20 minutes from Miner st. in Idaho Springs where you will find great food and drink in a historic gold mining town. Finish your day's on the back deck in the hot top viewing blue sky mountain..🤩 You will love this place.

Jennifer’s house was perfect for our family to stay in while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. Minutes away from the entrance to the park, close to the town of Grand Lake for supplies, but far enough away you don’t have any noise from traffic or businesses.

This home is in a great location to access Grand Lake and Lake Granby. The bed was comfortable, the home was well stocked, and easy to access. Noelle was quick to respond. We stayed with two dogs and having a fenced yard was nice, though there were some off-leash local dogs. If you have reactive dogs, keep that in mind. For our short stay it provided what we needed!

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property for two months, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The views of the Continental Divide are absolutely breathtaking. The panoramic views down the Fraser valley towards the Winter Park Ski Resort were just as impressive and made for the perfect backdrop as we relaxed after a day of skiing. The home had a warm and inviting feel, with eclectic decorations that gave the place a lot of character and charm. The space felt very cozy, but was also incredibly comfortable for all our guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook up some great meals, which was a huge plus. Another plus was the heated garage. We didn’t have to scrape off the car after a storm! While the location feels remote and peaceful, it’s conveniently close to the ski resorts, shopping, and other attractions in Winter Park, Fraser, and Granby. The whole experience was warm, comfortable, and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway.

I would give Kenna 6 stars if I could. From the evening we reserved the cabin she reached out and made us feel welcome. Was so easy to get questions answered. She cares! The guestbook on the mantle goes back a decade - equally positive reviews. The property is nothing short of amazing. There were so many amenities inside and out. This property is an incredible find. The layout, conveniences, modern yet rustic feel, cleanliness, quality of the furnishings. The patio, fireplace, outside bar, gazebo: so well done. And the views! You’re only 8 minutes from RMNP. She has three nice Trek bikes in great shape with a new pump. I could go on… She’s a professional through and through and sets the standard for hosting.

Cute, historic, log-type cabin with modern updates and everything we needed. Cozy, but plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Beautiful view of the lake and opportunities to enjoy nature out the back door-- bonfire, table in the aspens, a spacious covered front porch. We loved gazing at the lake, watching wildlife, listening to birdsong, and even taking in the brief summer rainstorms from the porch. We were there in summer and the temperatures were perfect. A 5min drive to town, we also enjoyed browsing shops, walking the waterfront, and a delicious celebratory meal (The Rapids Inn, the best-kept secret!). The kitchen is clean, well-supplied, and has new appliances. The bathroom is aged, but the shower and bath get hot quickly and have good water pressure. Luxurious, fluffy towels. The house is stocked with games and activities, everything you need for a bonfire or the grill, and lots of thoughtful touches. Hosts were helpful and very responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

I took my sister and her friends up here for her bachelorette party, and we had a wonderful time! The location is beautiful and the cabin is very cute, with plenty of beds and a nice, updated bathroom. The fire pit is a super fun addition and we had a great time hanging out around it. Check in and check out were super simple and smooth, and the host, Caroline was always very quick to respond my inquiries. Our only gripe was that it was a bit tougher to get to the lakefront that we had believed based on the listing (we had to do a bit of hunting to find the path) but even that was only a minor inconvenience. Overall a wonderful place to spend a weekend, and I highly recommend it!

Amazing place. Amazing stay. Grand lake has a lot of cabins that aren’t very nice and can be disappointing. This was a gorgeous and perfect spot. We previously left a cabin that was misleading in looks safety and location. This is exactly what you need. Worth it and great hosts!!

Great little getaway in the mountains. Truly amazing views. Accurate pictures and description. Lots of thought and detail went into this place - not a cheap thing in the entire house from bedding to kitchen supplies to decor. Nestled in a nice safe neighborhood. Becca was extremely responsive. Will be back!

This mountain home looked just like pictures! Clean, cozy and nestled up the mountain literally on the creek. Expect to drive to get anything- food and entertainment is a minimum of a 15 min drive down the mountain but well worth it!

Great place to stay for the weekend, clean and prepared. Had all silverware, towels, soap, etc. Easy to find with a very nice location.

We had a perfect engagement weekend at this quiet mountain retreat! Super close to great restaurants and skiing, and it was amazing to relax in peace when we got back to the cabin. The fireplace and hot tub made this place so relaxing and perfect, and the host made it easy to feel right at home with a plowed driveway, stocked firewood, and easy check in!
