This was a beautiful place to stay. It is definitely in great condition and looks brand new. The host is very responsive and super nice. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was large and fully equipped, perfect for cooking and spending time together. The hot tub was a great bonus and made for a relaxing way to unwind. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well. Everything about this stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Whether we were relaxing in the hot tub, sitting by the fireplace, or skiing the nearby trails, every moment was perfect. We had 7 of our grown children, 2 sons in law, and all 8 of our grandchildren staying at Winter Park House. It was so spacious! We never felt crowded! We made lots of great memories here! The house itself is beautiful. It is nicely decorated and well maintained! The bedding and towels are very nice and plenty of them!! The beds were comfortable. It was extremely clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Lots of spices, most appliances (definitely the essential ones!), more than enough plates, cups, etc. Between the many family members, we stay in short term rentals frequently. This is one of the best!! The hosts were very quick to respond when we had questions. We all loved this place and would rent again without hesitation!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Arrived to a clean house! I had trouble getting in, but McKenzie responded quickly and helped us through. It's a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in the summer (we stayed in June). McKenzie also responded quickly when it came to questions around check out. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

The home fit our group perfectly and we had a great time. The stairs were tough after a week of skiing haha!

Cool place in downtown Fraser! We found it really convenient to skiing to drive to WP or take the bus, and super easy for shopping/eating in Fraser. We live near a train at our home anyway so we are already used to trains, but if you aren't used to train noise just be aware that is part of the experience! Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. My son loved playing the Pac-Man! thanks and see you again!

Dani’s place was so perfect!!! The location was close to everything. We could sit on the back patio and watch the skiers/snowboarders going down the hill. She was very friendly!! We will definitely be back! Awesome person and place !

Hue’s communication was perfect. We were even given additional advice to make our trip more enjoyable and stress-free. The airbnb included lots of unexpected extras such as condiments and seasonings to cook. The location was perfect and the unit is exactly as shown in photos.

This place worked great with two little ones. Very nice communal hot tub. Pro tip with little ones: use the red wagons at the Winter Park base to cart the kids back and forth. Also, pizza from Pedal’r is great and a few minute walk away.

Can’t wait to return next year with the family! Perfect accommodations for kids! Lots of toys and activities for all ages. Two levels - which offered a lot of privacy. We especially loved how the home was right next to the ski slopes! Very easy access for ski-in/ski-out! Bradley was the perfect host- great communication. He checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home at Granby Ranch!

Had a great stay for 1 month at Brooke's place. Very convenient shuttle stop 20 steps away to get around town and to the slopes. Great views and plenty of space to spread out for sleeping with larger groups. Had mixed reviews on some of the bed comfort but they got the job done. Fireplace was cozy and kitchen seating accommodated more than expected from the pictures. Highly recommend.

Awesome place .

A wonderful place to call home while skiing. The home itself was nice and had many of the necessities that you would want. We were able to walk up to the lifts. It wasn’t far but you do need to make it up a steep hill. Definitely doable for most. Hot tub was great. Kitchen had most hinges that you would need for cooking Like others stated , and the host made very known, the room with the foosball is quite cold. They do provide blankets. The tiniest complaint was that most of the beds did not have flat sheets, only the fitted. We definitely would stay here again.

We stayed at Amy’s place when we attended a wedding at Granby Ranch. It couldn’t have been better! There was enough space for us all, all of the rooms were well-equipped, and we very much appreciated the air conditioning - which is unique in Granby! Definitely recommend!

We spent the month of December at the Moose Run Cabin. Waking up to the mountain views each morning was such a treat. The neighborhood is quiet and full of trail options to ski or snowshoe. The house is very comfortable and the hot tub on the deck provided a relaxing place to warm up after a cold, snowy day. A highlight of our trip was seeing a pair of moose behind the property one morning. Not only could we see them from the deck but we could also hear them bellow and grunt. Jody is a wonderful host who communicates well and is highly responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is huge and the kitchen is very nice. We appreciated the six burner stove with a griddle. The deck was large and we loved the hot tub. I would recommend staying here if you're looking for somewhere peaceful to stay in this beautiful area.

We had a great stay. Felt right at home! We loved playing board games each night after the day of skiing and we loved having the kitchen to make breakfasts in before a day on the mountain. We loved the book to see where other visitors were from and I meant to fill it out our last night and just realized I forgot to 😫. We also met a little resident deer each day, she was so pretty and we loved to see her so close.
