Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Our bright, new apartment is very well equipped. Located on the outskirts of the village, you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the balcony. Facilities such as supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Water playground, place to relax next door. The Main River is not far and thus also many small villages and beautiful towns. Leisure: Band ceramic museum, Judenfriedhof, the cities of Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Volkach, Werneck, swimming lakes, spa, wine towns on the Mainschleife.

Willkommen im BLOXS Tiny House in Wipfeld - direkt am Mainufer. Erlebe das BLOXS Haus live und genieße einen luxuriösen Wohnkomfort auf kleinem Raum. Das BLOXS Tiny House steht auf dem Betriebsgelände der Holzwerke Gleitsmann. Die Nachbarschaft hat daher einen industriellen Charakter. Das Sägewerk ist jedoch stillgelegt und außer Betrieb. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Holzabholmarkt, so dass es zu Lärmbelästigungen durch Verladungen/Kundengesprächen kommen kann.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Zepmeisel Vacation Rental & Alpacas

For your vacation, we offer you an apartment of about 80 square meters that was completely renovated and equipped in 2018. It can accommodate up to 5 people. A large living area with dining room & open kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower & a bedroom with double bed are available. The living room is equipped with a TV - the big sofa can be used as an additional sleeping option. In another room, 2 people can be accommodated in a bunk bed. Pets are welcome.

A70, A7 and A3 - each 15 km, Würzburg, Kitzingen and Schweinfurt each 23 km Our very curious, not castrated, cuddly Golden Retriever, who lives with us the rest of the house, is allowed to move freely in the garden and will want to welcome you more often! Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Treat yourself to a relaxing stay in the lovely Erlabrunn. Stroll through the idyllic old town with its small alleys and half-timbered houses and indulge in culinary delights in the cozy restaurants and wine taverns. Shopping is about 3 minutes by car.

The apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking the Main River in the center of Obereisenheim is equipped with a beautiful large terrace with an awning, a kitchenette in the living area and 2 bedrooms. Optionally, the living area with sofa bed becomes another overnight accommodation. There is also a bedroom outside the apartment on the same floor. Overall, the apartment is for 2 - 8 people.
