Sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and Swedish stove invite you to linger. There are two cozy bedrooms: Number 1 with double bed (180 × 200), TV, reading corner and number 2 with 1x double bed (140 × 200) and single bed (90 × 200). Bathroom with toilet and shower. Storage room with washing machine and drying rack. Covered terrace with BBQ and dining area.

The spa town of Bad Berneck with its beautiful spa park as well as restaurants and cafes can be reached within minutes. Free parking, even for large vehicles, is right by the house.
