Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm freshly renovated with 2 single beds, which can be converted into a double bed on request, a cozy sitting/dining area, flat screen TV (DVTB), radio, CD player. New kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster...) Completely renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area, there is a spacious built-in closet. The house is situated in a quiet but central location in the so-called Dichterviertel, a few minutes' walk from the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau Sprudelhof, as well as from most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. The train station and city center are also only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers the opportunity for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season, you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the residence of Elvis and his family during his army service in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room in Bad Nauheim during this time....! In addition, the spa administration offers a variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surrounding area invites you to hike (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other places worth seeing (Frankfurt /M. - City and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached after a short journey. There are several restaurants, coffee houses, bars, supermarkets, backeries, doctors, post offices, banks (ATM). The main shopping street in walking distance (3-5 minutes).

Welcome to our renovated house in Hungen-Utphe, on the edge of the idyllic Wetterau. The house is situated close to a nature reserve and Lake Inheidener. On 160 square meters and over 2 floors, there is space for 5 people. An open large modern kitchen is available to you during your stay. Throughout the house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bathroom on the first floor is wheelchair accessible. In front of the house is a beautiful outdoor area with seating.

Echzell, apartment to feel good

This newly renovated cozy apartment to feel good in the beautiful village of Echzell offers a living/dining area, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200) and a closet. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for another person. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge + freezer, Senseo coffee maker). A washer/dryer, TV and Wi-Fi are provided.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern.
