Cozy apartment in the Allgäu

Time out planned in the Allgäu? This is possible with our cozy apartment. The 50 m² apartment is on the second floor of our old cottage (former butcher's shop from 1894, which we bought in 2019 and are renovating piece by piece), has a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub/toilet, as well as a terrace. We are 3 minutes from the train station, but ideally accessible by public transport without disturbing train noises.

Home sweet home ist unser Motto! Verbringen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserem Ferienhaus, das in einer idyllischen Gegend mitten im Ort Schrattenbach liegt. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

In 2016, the stable part of the old farmhouse was newly renovated. The KulturWerkStatt offers a seminar room (120 square meters) for your own relaxation, as a retreat, for yoga, dance, music and much more. In the seminar room there is a private bedroom (16 square meters) and a private shower with toilet. Parquet floor. Barrier-free. In the yard (30 sqm) there is a kitchenette. In the entrance area, there is a terrace overlooking the garden.

I had relaxed and restful days in Legau. The apartment is modern and cozy. I particularly liked the wide view from the balcony. An idyllic place in every respect. The apartment is very nice and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There were freshly picked flowers distributed, the apartment has everything that is needed and is tip top clean. And then there's also a fantastic location in the midst of nature, surrounded by the rippling of the stream and a soothing view of the garden. Only 300 m from the accommodation, there is also a great forest pool that is very inviting for bathing/swimming. Thank you very much dear Renate, I was already blown away when I arrived and felt very comfortable there from the beginning. I'd love to come back.

Absolutely recommended! I was in the Allgäu as part of a training course. Due to the good connection to the highway, this apartment was perfect for relaxing in nature in the evening. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in pictures & even with more charm. I would come back any time. The hosts are very warm and eager to make guests' stay wonderful :)
