Welcome to Urdin House! This 150 m2 high-end loft looks out over Zürisee from every window. It has the tallest ceilings creating an open and light-filled space. It is the perfect place to call home while in the Zürich area whether for holidays or work. The apartment is perfectly located between the mountains, lake and the city. Direct train from Zurich HB (15 min) and airport (35 min). Swiss Alps are easily reachable in < 1 hour. Skiing, hiking, biking, climbing, via ferrata, swimming, etc.!

Cozy 2-room apartment near Zurich

We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

The apartment with separate entrance belongs to a family house and is located at the village entrance on the route Zug-Ägeri (directly at the bus stop Spinnerei). In the nearby village center, you will find all the shops. The Ägerisee and the Schützen recreational area offer a variety of possibilities. Equipment: 1x double bed (160x200 cm), kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, enough dishes and pans available.

The two-story cottage impresses with its unique location directly on the shores of Lake Zurich. Enjoy the privilege of having your own lake access. The view over the lake is special in any weather. The property has a generous turnaround and therefore lots of greenery. The wooden house was built in 1934 as a summer house. It was insulated and modernized in 2021.
