We had a lovely stay. House was as described, clean and had all the things we needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing little cottage set on a working farm. The views across the fields were absolutely stunning—truly a breath of fresh air. It was the ideal place to unwind and disconnect. Mary and her team were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They even offered us a later checkout, which was such a kind gesture (though we sadly had to decline as we were eager to get home to see our son). The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after a peaceful day. And the complimentary bottle of wine, A lovely touch—it went down very well! The nearby village of East Harling is just a 30-minute walk away and has everything you need for a quiet retreat—whether it’s grabbing some basic groceries or enjoying a drink at one of the friendly local pubs. It’s great not having to rely on the car at all. We would highly recommend this cottage to any couple looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. We’ll definitely be back.

A fabulous, well equipped home with a great view and visiting wildlife - pheasants, hares and swallows. Easy walking distance to Suffolk Barn for our family wedding and short drive to Bury St Edmunds. Very comfortable beds, fluffy towels and calming colour scheme. Extremely well equipped kitchen and generous welcome provisions made it easy to feel straight at home. We would love to come back to explore the local area and spend more time taking in the view and relaxing in the tub. Thank you to our hosts who were so accommodating and welcoming.

Pips Cottage was a lovely quaint place, based in a location that opened up lots of other opportunities to get out and about around Suffolk. Ringsfield itself is a sleepy place, with just a pub for leisure time. The cottage was perfect for what we wanted, quiet, but accessible enough to other areas. The cottage is lovely and cosy and had everything you needed for a few days away. Would highly recommend.

Rowland's place is a beautiful charming cottage right on the coast of West Mersea. The setting is stunning and he is an amazing friendly and communicative host. The location is right next to a pub which serves great food and lovely atmosphere. Other local amenities are also a short walk away. We (2 adults and two kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Booked for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday! An unbelievable place to stay with such wonderful hosts, incredibly responsive and answered any questions we had. The outdoor bath/hot tub with the view is such an amazing addition. Everything is perfect about this place, would recommend to anyone and everyone and will definitely be back to stay here again!

Amazing little cozy cottage. Beautifully furnished, great aesthetic. Welcoming food items were a lovely touch along with items in the bathroom in case you forget to bring essentials. Lovely little kitchen area with oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster etc means you can knock up a meal during your stay. Almost at the edge of the village, with literally minutes walk to miles and miles of bridleways and footpaths through gorgeous countryside. Very Very quiet location to get away from it all. I walked the dog to the white horse pub (10 mins) in the evening and regretted not having a torch as there were no street lights for most of the route. Fantastic communication and flexible arrival departure times when able. Wifi is a little limited compared to the full fibre at home but you are right out in the countryside. It's adequate enough for email and browsing.

We had a lovely few days at Betsey Trotwood, the bed was so comfy we slept really well. The accommodation was perfect, and Bella our dog enjoyed the back courtyard. The information folder which Matt and Michaela had put together was very useful, it helped us to decide where to visit, plenty of very nice pubs which served high standard food close by.

Beautiful little cottage on a lovely farm with great walks for my dog. Peace and quiet in spades. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely accommodation. Very rustic and would suit most who like a bohemian lifestyle. We enjoyed our stay, although the uneven floors and steep stairs to the top bedroom presented a challenge. We arrived very late, in the dark, and although we had a little difficulty finding the property, Kate was very helpful, and we found our way. Overall, a great stay.

We’ve had a lovely stay in Suffolk and staying at The Dairy certainly played its part in the success of our short break. The location was so peaceful and the accommodation very comfortable, with everything provided that we could possibly need, along with a magnificent thunderstorm thrown in for good measure. Debbie was very easy to communicate with, and extremely welcoming.

Fabulous cottage. Well equipped kitchen , comfortable furnishings and good location for access to all amenities. 5 min walk to Southwold Pier/beach and just a stroll to pubs/restaurants/high street.

Lovely cottage right in the centre of beautiful Woodbridge. Excellent location for walking into town and down to the river. Great to find a place that has its own back garden accessed directly from the property for the four legged member of the family. Nice touch to have a little welcome park waiting too. A couple of tiny things that could be improved (in my opinion) is that there was not much hand soap left in the bathroom and it would have been nice to have some more condiments available (only salt, pepper and oil were in the property) Overall though we had a fabulous time away.

Lovely cottage & gardens, well located in Woodbridge for access to town & Tidemills. Excellent choice for weekend stay.

We had a wonderful time at Yem's cottage. The location os quiet and peaceful and only a short drive to a good pub and other amenities. The cottage really is beautiful and a home from home, packed with everything you'd need for your stay. The photos really don't do it justice! We loved having the garden; my daughter loved the space to run around and we enjoyed a few dog walks in the local area. Yem is a fantastic host who replied to messages politely and promptly, the bottle of birthday bubbles was a nice surprise on arrival. All in all our weekend was brilliant and we would absolutely stay again, thanks for having us.

Orchard Cottage is set in a stunning & quiet location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The showers & beds were superb and we found it a perfect location for exploring the area.

This was really an amazing place to stay. Marga was welcoming and obviously really loves her home and its history. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed, would definitely return for a longer stay Gorgeous garden too!
