Monthly Rentals in Woodcrest

I stayed at Esperanza Cottage this spring, and I enjoyed it so much I’ve booked it for 2 months in the fall! When I first arrived, I was greeted by the sweet smell of citrus trees in bloom, flowers by the front door, and a very clean & cheerful cottage. Co-host Jasmine was there when I checked in and told me about the cottage and the area; I appreciated the personal touch. Kevin and his family live in the main house, and he also welcomed me the next morning while I was enjoying my coffee on the porch. He and his wife were very friendly and responded right away to any question I had. They were readily available and I enjoyed chatting with them, but they respected my privacy thoroughly and we only talked when I initiated conversation. The kitchen was well-furnished with all I needed to prepare meals, and there were plenty of clean towels and linens. The property is in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood, with a bit of a “rural” feel. I heartily recommend this cottage and its hosts!

The space and neighborhood was so quaint and peaceful that I extended my stay. Restaurants are not necessarily walking distance so having a car is helpful (also, there is no stove/oven, so cooking is not an option). The microwave is of good quality though.

Michael’s place is beautiful. He put a lot of effort in to make it truly amaze you. Loved the easy self check in too. Thank you!

Olga’s oasis was super cute and comfy. Stayed for the weekend and enjoyed ourselves. Her place is exactly as described, wish the weather was warmer to enjoy the pool and lounge chairs all around her place. Will definitely book again for a cozy weekend away. Olga, was very responsive and answered all my questions with a quick reply. Highly recommend her place.
