The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Brooke & Bow Cabin

Tucked among tall trees and lush ferns, Brooke and Bow is a private woodland retreat full of charm and comfort. The open main floor features a cozy sitting area, pullout couch, full bath, full-size fridge, and a sweet little dining nook. Sliders off the kitchen area lead to a peaceful back deck with a small gas firepit beside a trickling waterfall. Upstairs, the loft offers a dreamy full bed. Historic Tavern (w/ saltwater hot tub)

Copper top bar in your private tavern/kitchen. Sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms (3 beds). 6-person salt water hot tub (available after 8/22/25), Picnic table, grill. 25-28min to Cooperstown Dreams Park and All Star Village, 20min to Oneonta and Cobleskill. This home was completed in the 1870s and is a jewel in the region (we’re bringing her back to life, but she’s still pretty awesome). The town pool is on the neighboring property, it’s very convenient.

(There are currently NO animals on the farm, as this is primarily a nut tree farm.) Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.
