Five Enthusiastic Stars! This is one of the most enjoyable stays we’ve ever had! Being a short walk to the beach, just steps to the pool from our unit, relaxing and thoughtful decor in a clean, family friendly atmosphere are just a few of the highlights. Every amenity was thought of, and we didn’t have to run out and get any extra supplies to feel at home during our stay.

This place is really lovely.Everything is in there for comfortable staying.Stores and restaurants are around.Gorgeous pool.Beach is 10 mins by car.

Great place to stay in Niceville right on the bay. Melissa's Place was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay watching the boats come in.

1000/10 it’s was absolutely amazing. This is the only Airbnb I found that would give me and my bf a chance at 18 y/o every other Airbnb you have to be at least 21. It’s in the middle of Destin. So every little thing was no more than a 10 min drive. The beach is walkable but you can also pay $0-$6 for parking (depending on which part you wanna park) it’s was clean and absolutely everything we needed for an Airbnb. They even had a little guide of stuff to do. Something that I didn’t see was that it’s on the 3rd floor. (Which we didn’t have a problem with it but someone might) Everything was clean. The pool goes as deep as 5ft so it’s not a little kiddie pool with only 3ft max. Parking was open plenty of space to park. I probably won’t stay anywhere else if we go back to Destin. Not to mention Destin is kinda cheap. We did so much stuff in a week because it’s wasn’t a million $$ to do something fun. STAY HERE! She was so kind from the first message till the last!

This place was great! Close to the beach, but also far enough to have some peace and quiet. They also had beach stuff available for us like chairs, cooler, towels, buckets and shovels, etc. Overall, an amazing experience!

Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The kids loved the extra space to play, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and cozy family areas. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with shops and attractions just minutes away. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we felt right at home. This was the perfect place for our family to unwind and make lasting memories. We would absolutely stay here again!

Ryan’s place was very nicely decorated and in pristine condition! It was a little tricky finding the private beach access, which is a gate through the pool area fyi!! Thank you Ryan for the quick reply! One thing to note is on the beach, emerald grand resort puts out the blue chairs and wants you down on the opposite end.

Beautiful house in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is delightfully decorated and has everything you need for a family vacation. Charlie is friendly in his communication and very proactive. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great time at Hazel’s- spacious ,private, great location- my favorite spot was the backyard in the morning under the pagoda listening to the mockingbird run through their repertoire of songs-yes there are dogs occasionally barking but for 1-2 minutes and the owners have them under control. Hazel is a superb host in communication and recommendations ! Would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a central place to fan out-we hit 4 different beaches/7 cities in the area-Niceville has a great boardwalk you should try out at turkey run- MJs coffee-not great coffee but delicious! quick breads; for coffee -try black rifle coffee shop-don’t miss Peppers for fresh ingredient Mexican dishes including fish! We liked ft Walton beach best -mostly locals and not crowded-access pt 2-but Destin is the place for action-and don’t miss Mcguire’s pub-incredible atmosphere and eats-lots of art in the area-we also drove to Panama beach and beach city-lots of fun with the locals!thanks Hazel

We enjoyed our stay here! It’s close to great restaurants and only 10 minutes from the beach! We brought our 15 month old and the place was perfect for her (pack n play provided, fenced in backyard with grass, toys and books, etc.). We would definitely stay here again! Host was very responsive and friendly!

Nathaly house is a great place, it’s lovely and peaceful all at the same time. We would definitely book it again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mike's beautiful Air Bnb. He and Amy are wonderful hosts and very knowledgeable of the area. His guide book is very informative with local things to do in places to go. It's a great place to stay if you want to be Out of the traffic but close enough to enjoy everything Ft Walton has to offer. The four bedrooms have ample space, and good TVs in every room. The kitchen has everything you need. Definitely recommend a stay here. Close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, at a fraction on "on the beach" prices.

Absolutely loved our stay at Gina’s Airbnb! The place was stunning—beautifully decorated, squeaky clean, and just perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful and well-prepared. Gina was an exceptional host—super attentive and always a step ahead with clear instructions and helpful reminders, which made the whole experience seamless. There was zero room for confusion, just pure comfort and ease. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend and definitely coming back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We loved this house/location. It was only a short drive to anything that we wanted. The house was perfect. Very clean, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, laundry room and lots of games for us to play in the evening. Large kitchen which was stocked with everything we needed. Outdoor kitchen/grill was perfect for our grilling. Sitting out on the back porch was our favorite! Kids swimming, so peaceful and surrounded by a beautiful back yard. Absolutely recommend!!

It was super cute and comfortable. Very peaceful. Walking distance to beach. Had snacks, water, sodas, coffee, creamer, and sugar. I highly recommend this place.

Diane’s place was absolutely perfect. She seemingly anticipated our needs and provided so many extras that frankly, I don’t see in Airbnb’s anymore. I recommend this place without any hesitation. Thank you Diane for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful condo with a great view! Host responded quickly and provided answers to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend to all who are looking for a place with easy beach access for a peaceful and fun stay!

Perfect updated studio. Very clean and cozy. You could smell the cleanliness before ever opening the door. Even though we chose to use beach service rentals, there were nice beach chairs and umbrella on the deck to use. We love Sandpiper Cove and the convenience of the beach access, as well as all the other wonderful amenities. Great host and communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Place was great and very easy to communicate with

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.

Our family enjoyed the stay and accommodations. Everything was there that was needed to enjoy our time at the beach. Proximity to public beach parking was easy or if you wanted to walk that was easy too. Room was quiet with little to no outside noise to disturb you through the night.

This bnb was prefect for our Fort Walton vacation! It was clean, comfortable, and had a GORGEOUS view! 10/10 would recommend staying here! Nothing beats having breakfast on the balcony listening to the waves crash!
