Feel connected to nature. Our Tiny House is located in the middle of a 2000 sq m natural garden with no direct neighbors. The covered terrace invites you to rest, eat or work in the garden, come rain or sunshine. In colder weather you can heat the Nordpeis wood-burning stove and enjoy the glow and warmth of the fire. For those for whom the 2000 sq m garden is not enough - the edge of the Huy forest is 100 meters from the property. In the evening, you can gaze at the stars as you fall asleep.

Our guest apartment 5 - Oschersleben is located directly on the edge of the forest, called Hohes Holz. Suitable for families who love nature. The village of Neindorf is 5 km from Oschersleben, where the Motorsport Arena is also located. In the village itself there is a village tavern with home-brewed beer and barbecue specialties. There is also a hospital in the village with a bakery, coffee and a small snack bar. The Harz excursion destination can be reached in a short time.

2020 completely modernized 2 room first floor apartment (approx. 45 m²) in Harbke. We also offer the upper floor apartment via AIRBNB. Just click on the host logo and you can compare both apartments. Ideally suited for 2 adults plus possibly 1 to 2 children. Infants up to 2 years stay free of charge. Klein Elmau - The forest idyll in Elm

If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

Small but nice. Our cozy 30 sqm studio apartment offers the possibility to sleep 3 people. Here you will find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and Netflix don't get bored. Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.

Vacation home Burgblick Hausneindorf

Spacious semi-detached house with the owner's house right next door. A total of about 80-90 m² of living space. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a crib/cot. It can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child. Shared use of the courtyard & garden is always possible. Wi-Fi and two LCD TVs are provided. Excursions to the Harz are very close. The house is situated in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. It can also be used for fitters/business stays.

The homelike studio at "Das Kutscherhäuschen" features wooden floors, solid wood furniture and soft lighting. It has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area and a terrace. The kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing home-cooked meals. Alternatively, several restaurants and cafés can be found within a 10-minute walk. Ein Tv-Gerät sowie WLAN gehören selbstverständlich zum Angebot dazu. Diese Wohnung ist nicht für Bauarbeiter geeignet!

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Magdalenenhof am Huywald - Kornboden with a view

The "Magdalenenhof am Huywald" is one of six so-called "Vollackerhöfen" from which Dingelstedt originated. The house was built in 1727 and is now a listed building. The Huywald (one of the largest beech forests in Europe) is a few minutes' walk away and invites you to take long walks. Cyclists will also get their money's worth. In Dingelstedt, a bike path starts that was built on an old railway line.
