The 8-storey accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 3 people. Facilities also include WiFi, a TV and a washing machine and dryer. A baby crib and high chair are also available. This vacation home has a private balcony where you can relax in the evening. Holiday by the sea - The modern tiny house is located on the Steinhuder Meer, not far from the bathing island (about 3 minutes on foot) and directly on the circular hiking trail. It has a beautifully landscaped garden, which invites you to relax, play, barbecue and much more on over 300 square meters and is available for exclusive use. The promenade is a 10-minute walk. There are numerous bars and restaurants directly on the sea. Boat and bike rentals can also be found there.

Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
