The house is located on the western outskirts in the Badenstedt district, in the middle of an old residential area. All utilities are within walking distance. To the city 15 min. by U-Bahn [subway], to the fair 45 min./ by car 25 min.

The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

The vacation apartment is located in the local recreation area Steinhuder Meer in a 2-family house on the 1st floor. We offer a room here with its own kitchen and private bathroom in Langenhagen/Kaltenweide. Hanover Airport is only 7 minutes away by car and we are happy to offer, if time permits, an airport transfer for a surcharge. With the bus, which runs directly in front of the door, you can reach the S-Bahn station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or on foot in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn runs 25 minutes directly to Messe Laatzen/Hanover or in 17 minutes to the City of Hanover.
