The apartment has a balcony almost directly over the Rhine. The apartment is very bright, friendly and clean. Shops can be reached on foot in 5 min.

Whether as a cheap accommodation after a seminar, course or conference in the city, or as a starting point for relaxing forays through the lovely hills and along the Erzbach and the Aare, here right on the edge of the forest, just a stone's throw from the city center, you are welcome. In the shade of the trees, you have a small terrace during your stay, the separate entrance can be reached via a few steps.

The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

The approximately 120 sqm apartment with infinitely high ceilings is located on the 1st floor of a lovingly maintained single-family house 200 m away from the Rhine. The house is located on an organic farm surrounded by green pastures and rolling hills. Here you can fully enjoy the beauty of nature. The farm is known for its sheep milk production, so you have the opportunity to watch the farmers milk the sheep.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
