All amenities are under one roof, in a large cozy space, which is entirely at your disposal. So you don't have to share the bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Optionally, we offer breakfast. In addition to Wi-Fi and TV, there is also a reading corner and games (darts, shuffleboard and board games) are available.

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. The large garden or a red wine at the end of the day under the roofed terrace is also relaxing.
