Dear guests, My property is located in a detached house in the quiet Falkensee. The adjacent Falkenhagener See invites you to swim in summer and ice skate in winter. In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

Here you will find the old town with listed fishermen's houses, pretty alleys, church houses, a historic mill and shops and cafes. Everything is surrounded by greenery and water. On our farm there is a café with delicious breakfast, lunch and café offers. Near the apartment there is a bakery, restaurants and a boat and bike rental.

The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for the production of flour and animal feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building.Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².

This newly renovated 1.5-room apartment with balcony is located in the middle of Potsdam-Babelsberg. Shops, cafes, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. From the apartment, you can reach the city center of Potsdam in about 10 minutes by public transport. The S-Bahn station Babelsberg is also a less than 10-minute walk away. From there, there is a direct connection to Berlin with the S7.
