Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

To do this, use the front entrance and are therefore undisturbed for yourself. The apartment has a nice bedroom, a kitchen-living room for cooking and resting as well as a bathroom for sole and private use. Also located in the house is our Roman Terra-Sigillata pottery and ceramic workshop.

The famous Archaeological Park and the beautiful Xanten harbor are a 15-minute walk away. Entertainment is provided by Netflix, Amazon Prime and Wi-Fi.

In the 85 m² vacation home, which is accessible without steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious bathroom with a bathtub (also for showering), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a conservatory on the first floor. Upstairs is another bedroom with a bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and lawn.

An apartment on the second floor with 75 square meters of living space, conservatory and large balcony in an absolutely quiet yet central residential location awaits you. Pets are not allowed in bed and also not allowed to take a seat in the apartment.
